The hotel’s location is great, but being close to the road, the noise from music and traffic is very loud. Even though I stayed on the 20th floor, I could still hear it clearly. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, this might not be the best choice. Additionally, the bedding did not meet my expectations and wasn’t presented in an acceptable manner. On the positive side, the staff and front desk service were overall quite friendly and accommodating.

Great location 5 minutes drive to universal studios Orlando theme park. Open parking but they charge you 15$ per night. Nice view in the high floors.

Great location for Universal Studios. There's a free shuttle bus, but it's easily walkable. Free coffee in the lobby in the mornings is a nice touch.

Nice hotel. Pool and poolside bar with some food— great, since the restaurant was closed. Shuttle to Universal, Universal desk, walking distance to 3 restaurants, convenient store (albeit with questionable customers), and a mini golf course. Room was spacious and a unique shape due the round building. We had a high-floor and outside view.

The room is quite big and the view outside the window is also good. It is next to Universal Studios. The food downstairs is very close, especially IHOP, which is a 3-minute walk away. I go there every day for breakfast or dinner. The front desk lady is very nice. I met her when checking in and checking out, and she also gave me chocolates.

The room is very spacious and not far from Universal Studios. There is a shuttle bus in the morning, which costs only a few dollars if you call Uber. There are also many dining options nearby. The room is cleaned every other day.

The hotel is quite good, the location is great, there are lobster restaurants, barbecue hot pot, etc. around, it is cheap and convenient to take a taxi to Universal Studios

I really think the hotel bedding is not clean. My friend and I both had allergies after staying for three nights.

Although the room is old, the front desk service is nice. Deposit is $50. There is daily cleaning, and it is up to you to give tips. The hotel price is also very affordable. The hotel has a free bus to Disney and Universal on a regular basis. There are breakfast rooms and restaurants around. The hotel breakfast is very simple and not very delicious. Parking is $30 per day. Uber takeout is also very convenient to deliver, and there are many good hotels around

The front desk service is very good, patient, meticulous and enthusiastic. The environment is quiet, not noisy, and the transportation is convenient. The facilities are complete and quite new. The hygiene is also very good, and it is very convenient to go to Universal Studios.
