Room is ok for friendship purpose

Great rooftop. Free robes. Delicious breakfast. Nice location. Affordable bike rental.

We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, they checked us in without any problems, although we thought we would have to wait until 2:00 pm to check in. The hotel is well located, the breakfasts are good, there are many cafes, shops, fruit stalls around, you won't go hungry. Overall, the impression of the hotel was positive, it corresponds to the price-quality ratio.

A spacious, bright room with a huge bed. Cleaning every day, towels are also changed. A set with toothpaste and a brush, shampoo, shower gel, soap. But the lack of a curtain in the bathroom was disappointing, because after each shower everything around was in water. Slippers are not disposable, but this is apparently the case throughout Vietnam) Breakfast was different every day, some dishes were sometimes repeated.

A great hotel, we've been to 13 hotels in Vietnam, this is the best one, but the location is a bit far from the center, and the pool is clean, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is average.

The room environment is pretty good. You can tell the customer service that you can see the general idea. There is a small bay window and a small balcony. When you open it, you can see the sea and Pearl Island opposite.

Great location, room on the 25th floor with a magnificent view. Breakfast has a good selection of food. Rooftop pool with fantastic views. There are many shops nearby, and many things are within walking distance.

Although the room was not big, it was okay to stay in it. It had a sea view, but the hotel location navigation was incorrect, so it was difficult to find it.

It was nice to be close to the beach. It's listed as a 5-star hotel on Google, but it looks like a 4-star hotel. However, for the price, everything was satisfactory. One thing that was disappointing was that there was a similar hotel called Majestic Star right next to it, so it was confusing to find.

I made a reservation because I needed a place to stay for one night before going to the resort. There were no Koreans and it was a street full of locals. We liked it so it was good But it was a pity that it was a bit far from the city. And there is only one staff at the front desk who can speak English properly. I can't speak English You have to talk through the translator. The room was the largest, but the value for money was good. Be sure to bring a shower filter. It turned yellow after using it for a day.

It is a value for money hotel Considering the price, it was comfortable and without discomfort. It's a bit out of the way, so renting a motorcycle is okay, but walking or taking a taxi seems a little inconvenient. I don't have anything else for breakfast

My family has a vacation on Tet holiday book 2 rooms here, because my family has a baby, so I want to be on the same floor, so when I check in I have a request Same Foor but they dont have a room available to same floor and they promise to change the room the next day. We went down to the Confirm again and asked to check the system carefully to see if it was changed to the receptionist on the afternoon of January 31/25 confirming that on February 1, it would be changed. At noon at 14:00 on February 1, I asked the room that had not been redeemed because we had packed luggage ready to change room but the receptionist responded dont have the room to change, I asked why they dont note the information and I they only answered without a room to change, I was not satisfied with the guest of such a hotel . The receptionist work is professional, irresponsible. Will never return to this hotel.
