This hotel offers the best value for money! There's also plenty to do nearby, which made my stay very enjoyable. Most importantly, all the staff, including the person who opened the door for me, were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!

The bed sheets and duvet covers were stained and moldy, yet the customer was asked to pay for cleaning. The blackout curtains did not effectively block out light; the room was still sunny at 6 AM, making it impossible to sleep.

The staff are all friendly and the service is great. The location in the My Dinh Korean town makes it very convenient and easy to get around. Breakfast is also provided, and the pho for breakfast is delicious.

The room was pretty good, with a bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel also has a gym and a sauna. The service was 100%, a great stay, and excellent value for money.

It was quite disappointing there was a stain in the bathroom that wouldn't clean off, but overall, the room had a modern atmosphere, quiet to stay. The hotel is in Mỹ Đình area so it is far from tourism place in Hanoi, but good for Koreans who like to eat in Korean town.

It was incredibly hot. When I got to the room at night, it was so stuffy that I tossed and turned for a while. Also, the cleanliness of the bathroom and the condition of the toiletries (like the toothbrush) were quite outdated, which was inconvenient. Please improve these aspects.

This was a decent hotel for an average business traveler. They offer breakfast, but it's only worth what you pay for the hotel – don't expect anything amazing. The front desk staff were quite unfriendly during both check-in and check-out. I even overheard them arguing with every customer while waiting for my car in the lobby, it was quite something, haha.

It was pleasant and comfortable. The facilities were great, and the breakfast was excellent. Plus, there was a sauna where I could relax and unwind.

The hotel is clean and, most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly! It's also in a great location for those who might not like local food, as there are plenty of Korean restaurants just across the street.

This was my fourth stay here, and the first time I used the gym. The service was excellent!
