They were friendly from walking into the front door until you walk out the door, always saying hello and have a good day when you see them in the lobby. Rooms were clean and tidy and I loved the space

Generally good hotel, location near victoria market and short distance to Melbourne Central. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Room also spacious. There are 2 downside for me, first one is shower cubical so small and the other one is my room is Infront of construction so from 7 am the machine noise would start

The location is very good, right in the busiest part of Melbourne, not far from some must-see attractions, and located within the free tram area. It's very lively downstairs, with a lot of food and drink, including Chinese and Western food. It's still more convenient. The room was not bad either.

The hotel location is very convenient. . There is a free urban tram stop less than 100 meters from the door. . There is one stop to Town Hall and two stops to Chinatown. . Traveling is great. . There is a McDonald's downstairs and a 7-11 next to it, so it is really convenient. . Definitely a good location. . It was 12 noon on the day we arrived. . Turns out you can only check in at 2 o'clock. . But the front desk saw that our room was ready. . We were also given early check-in. . So it's still pretty good. . The room is not big. . Just a big bed. . The bathroom is relatively small. . Especially the shower room. . It is a person's position. . The bad thing is that the shower head is fixed. . But the fixed position can only be obtained by those with a height of 1.65 meters or above. . So it is not friendly to small people. . But if you go out to play every day. . It's really a good choice to choose this place when you come back and take a shower and sleep.

The room is so small! The bathroom is so small that it's difficult to turn around! It’s not a hotel, it’s a hotel! The sound outside the hotel is so noisy at night! If it weren’t for the fact that it was close to my relatives’ home and I only stayed for one night before returning to my country, I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel! Too bad!

I have stayed at five online hotels and have never been able to connect to the Wi-Fi. Even asking the front desk for feedback could not solve the problem.

Only two bottles of water were given on the day of check-in, and they were not replenished every day after that. This was the first time I had seen this in so many countries in so many years. If you are given a room facing the street, it is almost impossible to live in it. The windows are not soundproof at all and you cannot sleep.
