The staff was kind and very helpful. They provided us with a free upgrade and tried they best to match or needs. Everything was clean. The floor manager also ensured that we get a cup of coffee before we left, thank you. There was just a foul smell around the swimming pool, it might be the still standing water on the lake. I hope it will get sorted soon for our return.

Always in this hotel, the western restaurant, the bar are closed. This time swimming pool also closed. Was last time for me to go there.

A nice hotel with rooms overlooking a small lake (it takes about an hour to walk around the lake on well-established floating walkways and running paths). The surrounding area is fairly built up, but the suburb seems to be quiet. Breakfasts are included and have a great variety. All of the staff are friendly and helpful (you feel as though they have been especially trained this way). There is a swimming pool (that can be used for relaxation or exercise - it is long enough) but this gets drained on the 31st of August, which is a pity as it looks unsightly when empty.

The hotel environment is very good, and the surrounding lake view is beautiful. Next time I stay, I will choose a lake view room to experience it. The service of Xiao Chen at the front desk is very good!

The hotel looks good, but the room facilities are very old, the room door makes strange noises, there is a strange smell in the room, the bed sheets are damaged, and what's more terrible is that the air conditioning system is poor, 29 degrees! The price is very expensive!

The twin beds with lake view are on the second floor. It is better to book a king bed with lake view. The room is quite big, the view is nice, it is good for taking photos, and there is a big mirror. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, and the hygiene of the breakfast is average... The disadvantage is that it is far from the subway station. It is recommended to drive by yourself. The swimming pool is very small and full of children.

It was my first time to Xiangcheng District. I didn't have high expectations at first. The Chunshen Lake next to it is indeed beautiful. After checking in, I felt the warmth of home from the moment I stepped into the lobby, especially the front desk lady Emliy Chen. She was enthusiastic and thoughtful. In the evening, I also had hot osmanthus wine dumplings, which doubled the experience. It can be seen that the hotel's service is really attentive. When I come to Xiangcheng in the future, I will lock in the Rosedale Chunshen Lake Resort Hotel
