Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room. Some might find it a little tight. But it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

JC Residency redefines hospitality to make the guests feel at home. Being a three star facilty they make the guests feel more then welcome. The team handling the guests is ever present like eversmiling Suthakar who helped us out with authentic vegetarian food, which we enjoyed thoroughly. The room and the lobby feels like a quant place, where one can visit time and again

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. I had a fantastic stay at Regency By GRT Madurai! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight – absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. Highly recommend

Avea is a modern style guesthouse. All facilities such as a hot shower, AC and WiFi worked well. The bed was comfortable. Towel and soap, toiletpaper all routinely provided. The accommodation is kept very clean. Drinking water and boiling water to make your own coffee or tea is included. Staff want to give good service to the guest. It is not a place where you just get a room for a certain time and that is it. The location is not directly in the city center, but in Anna Nagar which means you have to deal with rickshaw drivers. Staff will assist you. I walked up and down to town and the bus stations. Arappalayam bus stand (Munnar, Coimbatore destinations) is 6 km away. Mattuthavani bus station (Chennai destination) is at a distance of 3 km. Keep in mind Madurai city center is very congested (narrow streets with a lot of noise and exhaust fumes). Anna Nagar is where the city middle class lives. It is more quiet and restaurants are of better standards. Stayed four days.

We wanted to surprise our parents/grandparents on their 50th wedding anniversary and Gateway Madurai went above and beyond our expectations. The staff are very courteous, genuine and friendly. Mr Easwar, Mr Soby, Mr Ashok, Mr Mani, Mr Sasi Kumar, Mr Jana, Mr Venkat, the restaurant staff, Ms Shilpa, Ms Ashwini plus the housekeeping staff , all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for making it a special experience.

Had stayed for two nights with family, the main highlight of the stay besides clean room and excellent complimentary breakfast spread was the exceptional service by the staff right from security to cleaning each and every one of them was polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay experience. Kudos to the staff and management. Please keep up the good work.

Nice hotel. In our colors Food: vegetarian line, with meat and desserts. Everything is beautiful and delicious. A little protein for breakfast for vegetarians. The restaurant is very nice. Rooms: beautiful, large. Very comfortable pillows. There is not much in the bathroom, but everything is enough. Difficulties: you need to fill up the Internet and wait a few minutes without touching the phone. Then it will boot and work fine. It knocks out if the phone is locked. But when you open the settings, it quickly returns without additional password input. Unfortunately, there was no time to find out more about the hotel and whether there is a pool. The elevators work according to the cards. The atmosphere is very suitable for business trips.
