Room is spacious, great Bar and food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Situated right on the madurai highway, cozy rooms, good food, greated by Mr Basha, and his colleagues. All were vere friendly. Very clean interiors, and greated with cold towels to fresh up and refreshing complementary drinks. Tried their mutton kari thosai. That was so good. Must try. Very quite at night, proper sound proofing I believe. Very cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Great hospitality. The reception staff were very nice, especially Ms. Kala. Rooms are also nice. Breakfast buffet has a good number of options.

I enrolled my daughter in the summer swimming camp May 2026 at POPPYS Hotel, and I am very happy with the overall experience. From the beginning, the arrangements were well organized, and the environment was safe, clean, and comfortable for children. A special mention to Coach Nagendran, who was extremely polite, patient, and highly skilled in teaching swimming. He handled the children with great care and encouraged them with confidence, making the learning process enjoyable and stress-free. His teaching style was excellent, and he gave personal attention to ensure each child improved step by step. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed attending the camp every day and looked forward to each session with excitement. I could clearly see a big improvement in her swimming skills and confidence in the water. It was wonderful to see her not only learn swimming but also enjoy the entire experience so much. I sincerely thank POPPYS Hotel for organizing such a great summer swimming camp and Coach Nagendran for his dedication, patience, and excellent support. I would definitely recommend this camp to other parents looking for a safe and effective place for their children to learn swimming.

Ambience and service was very good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good, the taste was reasonably ok. We were a bit disappointed with the filter coffee not being upto expectation, but when we expressed this to the staff, they took the feedback and took steps. We got to speak to Mary and enjoyed our conversation with her.

It was really good the service the food everything one slight thing I had a issue with is there are no fans that's because they have centralized ac's but I don't think it's sufficient enough cause i stayed in the presidential suite but I don't think that's that much of a issue because they have table fans but only five of them so when u book a room reserve a fan aswell other than that value for money
