The ***ager of the restaurant was kind, but I ordered a local beer, but they brought an imported beer without explanation and drank it as if it were local.
Of course, the fees are outrageous. -I hope the staff's order service will be as communicated with the customer.
The overall service was good.
I had an oil massage at the spa, but the masseuse's skills were too weak.
I applied for a taxi at the information desk- I confirmed the fare to the temple and boarded it, but the taxi driver's toll fee from the price suggested by the hotel [This must be pre-set in the taxi fee]- The next day, another car went to a place without toll fees [Parking lot entrance fee and parking fee - this is You must inform the customer in advance and tell the taxi fare/ A special agreement with the taxi company associated with the hotel is required/

Muthu is very helpful in selecting food in resturant.He told to us to try maximum Verity food.he is always smiling face in resturant. Most of the resturant staff are very good and helpful.Hotel is very good and hygiene.Hotel room is very good

Excellent stay option. Great breakfast . Clean rooms. Very friendly staff. The place offers ample parking. Very close to Madurai airport and not very far from the Salem Kanyakumari National Highway

Very humbled staffs who is taking good care of guests. Our group was big (10 pax), We arrived late but it was smooth checking. We got good care upon arrival by Swapna, Venkatesh and other staffs. Thumbs up guys. Keep it up. Recommend for all traveller to check it out once if you passing by Madhurai.

The hotel has spacious rooms, and it was easy to book the room.
