Service very bad . Need to call many many time for 1 glass. Horrible Horrible

Room was not clean and neat. Bedsheets and pillows are not clean. Staff is courteous. Breakfast is very delicious. It’s on main road. Temple is 5 km away.

This is a big hotel, though I didn't really explore most of its services due to tight schedule. At first when you enter the hotel, you would realise that air conditioning is not one, even on humid days. But once inside the room, it becomes better. Stayed here for two nights (not consecutively) First Room: The room was big, though they haven't given any chairs to sit and perhaps eat. There is a big closet, but you could use only 2/3rd of it, as one third is blocked by another table. The room had central air conditioning. Only thing missing was a chair. There were also couple of mosquitos, so had to ask for repellant. The bathroom was big. It even had a bathtub, but the geyser wasn't big enough to fill the tub in one time. Second room: This room had a wierd column in the middle, which caused some distraction. The bathroom was smaller, and didn't had bathtub. The biggest disappointment was there was a split AC and not central ac. For the size of room, the split ac didn't seem enough. The hot water and shower in this room were not good enough. The kitchen operates with a closure period from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. This can be inconvenient, particularly for guests arriving during these hours. Furthermore, as I typically prefer an early dinner, I was compelled to seek alternative dining arrangements, which proved to be quite troublesome. Also, they don't have any menus in the room, when I asked for one, someone came with a qr code, which wouldn't be bad, except that they had used a free software, and you had to go through series of ads to download the menu. Even the person who bought it, found difficult to navigate it, and has to finally call someone for help. This should definitely be improved. Overall, a good place for couple of nights.

We had an extremely comfortable stay . It was raining heavily on arrival but the staff took care of all issues . A good hot dinner was waiting for us ,though rather late in the evening. Extremely good breakfast. Courteous staff . the environment all around the resort is very green and pleasing ,lovely to walk around . Recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Madurai.

The hotel is good enough for a short stay. On mentioned that it is recently renovated but it still seemed old. The sofas at the reception were dirty... the linens in the rooms were also old and tattered at places which we had to get changed... The utensils in the buffet are quite old and needs to be replaced. Now coming to the rooms...its quite big and the beds are also very cozy and comfortable... enough light is there in the room... Washrooms are average...they can improve on this front... Swimming pool was not well maintained.. Staffs are cordial and well behaved... Won't suggest to take service of travel desk from the hotel..Didnt have a good experience with the travel service.. Overall value for money..However there is enough scope for improvement in all aspects..
