Room is good and food is excellent; but generally the hotel gives a cold feel maybe because of less customers. Their restaurant is very popular and food is very tasty.

ac is not in working condition, called the receptionist twice and nobody picked up the call. i decided to escalate this issue at reception around 11pm. no one was there to address my issue. even the reception area didn't turn on the ac. it was a very pathetic stay. after taking a shower i started sweetening a lot since there was no fan, my formal wear was almost wet while i came down for check out. very very worst experience.😡. after getting a worse experience if it's a pleasant experience yes every guest will take images and share their feedback for sure.
