The room and washroom was neat, clean and safe. The staff were polite and friendly. Safe parking available for 2 wheelers. Water bottles and beverages available in facility. Improvements needed in providing cleaner sheets and pillows. Wasn't bad, but can be better. Overall it was a good stay. Will comeback again.

Home stay was located near to Ambika theatre and right opposite to Federal Bank kk nagar branch. We stayed in the second floor. Received a call from the hotel regarding check in timings and the check in process was smooth Jug and glasses were present in room,and a water can was placed in the common area outside room.Room was neat and tidy. Towel, shampoo and body wash was present in room

I felt cost was high for the quality of rooms and overall stay. Rooms are very small, tidyness is average. I was expecting better for this price. Staff is very helpful that is definitely a plus.

Thank you Avea for a wonderful stay experience. The place is ideally located and easy to access from the highway! The accommodation is very neat and the rooms are excellently maintained. The bed covers were clean, utilities were in good condition. We stayed in a room with balcony and it was really good to have fresh air coming into the room! The toilets were well maintained and clean. The neighbourhood has many shops and eateries. The staff are very cordial and helpful. On the whole the stay was really enjoyable and pleasant

Very affordable for budget friendly vacation. Room & property is very neat & clean. No food available at property but near options available. Tea & Coffee is also not available. Location is main city. Meenakshi Temple a bit far off. Enjoyed.

Room was not soo clean. The bed sheets where very old and the towels where not clean. Even water was not provided in the room
