Hotel is very clean and amenities are well matained. All the staff are well-trained and pleasant to all guests. Food was superb! We ordered the mutton chukka, fried corn and stir fried spicy prawn. Special shout out to Leini, Mathu and Dinesh for their exceptional service and consideration to details. The cocktails were also yummy (Kodi Parukuthu). The in-house DJ Zdyn was awesome with his music spinning. Full on Tamil music later at night. Keep up the great work GRT Madurai!

Had a wonderful time here. The hotel is very good,Rooms are also very spacious and best part is near the airport.The staff and services here is very good.I have to give a big shoutout to the housekeeping team especially the supervisor Shivam and Muthu. My room was always cleaned properly and Spotless and My mom doesn't know how to speak that much English but Shivam was there to understand her and provide any help she needed. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I had a great time.

Awesome facilities , will for sure stay at GRT hotel if they have BODHISPA.Value for money also with friendly staff .therapist was amazing and experienced.Tempted to come again in the morning before we checkout .would recommend to anyone to use the spa .

I recently stayed at Grand and it was such a fantastic experience! From check-in to check-out everything went smoothly. I have to give a big shoutout to the housekeeping team especially the supervisor Shivam and Muthu. My room was always spotless, and they paid attention to every little detail. My mom doesn't know how to speak that much English but Shivam was there to understand her and provide any help she needed.They even organized my things in such a thoughtful way that made my stay so much more comfortable. The rest of the hotel was just as impressive. The pool was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the staff everywhere were friendly and helpful.

Excellent committed staff. Had a medical emergency and the hotel handled it very efficiently and took good care of us. Very thoroughly trained and experienced staff were available even at midnight. Superb property with good ambience. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread was good.

Best experience had in grand grt studio 79 madurai .Glad to have the perfect team starting from Manu , mathu,dinesh,leine . Must vist place and dj zdyn was amazing play list Good ambience . They made wonderful cocktails. Food also must try. Cheers

We came to Studio 79 really enjoyed with ambiance and hospitality….💜💜💜and we had local cussine SPL Bun Parrotta with Gravy and Vintage Fry we enjoyed with that… Especially I want mentioned few staffs about hospitality and welcoming us….. Mathu, Manu make the fantastic cocktails for us and specially Dinesh and Lenin attending us he take caring so well Surely we will recmnad all My friends 💜💜💜🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰
