everything is great～good location！good service～sweet gift～lovely Madrid！

Good location - 10-20 minutes walk to the major tourist attractions in the city. The room is very clean. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Simple breakfast and complimentary fruits are provided by the hotel in the pantry area on the 5th floor. There is also a laundromat within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Very convenient indeed.

Loved this hotel and would stay again / recommend. Staff were very friendly. They left some biscuits and water on my door when I checked out today. I loved the bright room and even though it’s on a main high street it felt quiet. Being able to screen mirror to the TV was great to watch Netflix in the rooom.

The hotel is nice and well located. The best part was that a friend joined me for a night and the receptionist offer to set up the sofa bed in my room to let him sleep there. He went himself to the room to do it. It was a nice touch.

The total condition is good. Some problems are not having kettles and cubs for drinking water and brushing teeth.

Super awesome location, great rooms and views, cute terrace on the 5th floor. Overall a very nice experience, got a little breakfast in front of the door every early morning. It’s clean, and well isolated so it’s not too hot or loud! Loved it and would come back!

The room was small but clean and cozy!

We had been there before, but this time we didn't like the room at all, the sink inside the bedroom and the tiny toilet.

The treatment of the workers was exceptional, the best thing was the location, very quiet despite being on Fuencarral Street, the room is very well furnished, with just the right amount of amenities and a large double bed, at the price of Madrid this hotel is very economical.

First of all, the location is good, and the public rooftop space was really nice. I stayed there for 4 days without any inconvenience.

The top floor is the best part of the hotel. You can leave your bags after checking out. The people at reception are super friendly and the rooms are super spacious and I loved them. I would go back a thousand times.
