Hù House Taipei

I had some difficulties with this booking. Due to a typhoon, I was unsure if I could make the trip, and the cancellation policy stated I could cancel before 25th Sept at 23:59. I submitted the cancellation request within the timeframe, but it was denied. The App asked for flight tickets as proof, which felt unreasonable. In the end, I had to book the earliest flight to Taiwan to avoid losing my reservation. Honestly, I felt very upset about how the situation was handled. The location is a bit far from the MRT station, but it is still in the central city area, and you can easily get around by Uber (only 1–2 km). The room itself was disappointing. There were no basic amenities such as toothpaste or shower caps. The carpet was dirty, and there was visible dust around the room. On a positive note, the staff were helpful and polite, which I appreciated.

Hotel has 2 queen size beds to accommodate families with kids. It is located near by Ning Xia night market. It is very convenient!

The room is spacious! And i like the floor is not carpet. The location is quite good. It takes around 10 to 15mins walk to 寧夏夜市. And there is a CarreFour nearby. Super convenient! However, its a bit far away from MRT station. And its too hot to walk there in summer daytime. Uber taxi can be an option as it is not expensive. The services are nice and the staff noticed that the check in day is my birthday which impressed me a lot. Overall, had a great time in this hotel and would come again next time!
