The hotel is located in the lively area of Maffushi. It feels very safe. The hotel upgraded us to Kaani Beach Hotel. The service is very good and every employee is very nice. The facilities are mature, there is a swimming pool, and there are also sea tours. The instructions are clear. It was a very pleasant time and I enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

It's okay, don't expect too much, it's a good hotel to overdo it. We had breakfast at another one of their restaurants, the environment was nice. The food is also OK, Western breakfast. Mafuji just wants to go to sea! I didn't stay in the room long. Just come and experience the local culture.

I was given a very bad room by another hotel, and it took me an hour to communicate with them to change me to a better room.

An intimate hotel, in a great location and with comfortable rooms. We had the opportunity to use the infrastructure of the Kaani chain hotels on this island. I recommend.

It was my husband’s birthday on 2nd of December and the whole F&B staff of Kaani Palm beach during breakfast helped me surprise my husband with a cake and celebrations and my husband was very happy because of such a sweet gesture. We would also like to appreciate Ms. Kadek from F&B in Kaani Palm beach, she’s extremely courteous and sweet and never stops smiling, she always has a pleasant smile throughout and takes care of her customers so well. Very down to earth lady, we wish her all the best for future endeavours. Keep up with your work Kadek! You are amazing!

We stayed at Kaani Village & Spa for 4 nights. We had a family room with no view and no outdoor space. The room was quite spacious and clean. There are towels for the beach. Change them every day. Bottles of water are placed every day. Still, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Construction is going on everywhere so you are constantly surrounded by noise. This starts at half past eight in the morning with, among other things, a jackhammer. Complained to reception because my son had a very bad headache. Nothing was done about it. They even said they had complained before. For food you have to go to another Kaani hotel. 5 minutes walk. The breakfast is not extensive enough. Lots of sausages, rice and stuff like that. The only thing I had was an omelet. We had half board and dinner was slightly better. They put a bottle of water on your table as standard. Very nice! The employees are nice, but if you don't take tours from them (much cheaper elsewhere) then you are not interesting. I would like to compliment the Indonesian lady in the restaurant. Super sweet, service-oriented! I thought Maafushi was a messy island. The locals ignore you and are not interested in tourists. Take another island!

There is no service at all. We waited for a long time for the room to be cleaned, and it was already past the check-in time at 3 pm, and the door lock was still changing for me. After checking out for nearly a month, the deposit has not been refunded yet. I asked the travel agency and said that it would be delayed because I was very busy. I personally called the hotel and no one answered, and no one responded to the letter. It's really bad enough, I regret staying in this hotel. No service at all, and we even waiting over 3 hours for the room being ready after 3pm. Also they hold my deposit without releasing after 21days from checked-out day. i 've tried to call them but no one pick up phone and i sent them email and no one reply me

The Kaani Village hotel is part of a hotel chain on the island. The treatment has been excellent from the reception, where we did not have to carry the suitcases at any time. The first person we had contact with was Magic, who gave us his phone number for anything that might happen. The room has all the comforts: a spacious bathroom, a large bed, plugs, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, lots of artificial and natural light, as well as access to the indoor pool. The beach is less than 2 minutes walk. The hotel offers all services directly, without third parties. We have done excursions in which we have swum with sharks, turtles, we have seen the coral reef, we have played with manta rays and we have eaten on deserted islands. In addition, the monitors that have touched us have had impeccable attention. We have coincided with people from many cultures and the respect that there is in general is noticeable. The price per excursion is between $30-50 per person, which is very affordable considering that you spend a large part of the day outside and it includes food. They also offer water sports. We have not been able to do them because we have lacked some time on the island. We have been here 5 nights. As for the food, they made us an improvement compared to what we had contracted and all the meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) have been at the Kaani Palm, which is on the beachfront. They also gave us free access to the infinity pool on the 9th floor. The views are incredible. The beach in front is private and only accessible to hotel residents. On this beach you can wear a bikini without any problems. There are ushers who take care of everything you may need: lounger, drinks, food... It should be noted that the island is a mix between several hotel chains and private homes of people who live here, so it is not as artificial as if it were a deserted island with a resort. There are many cats that are very humanized, are good and allow themselves to be caressed. In general the experience has been very positive. If we had to recommend the trip, we would only increase the stay by 1 or 2 days to be able to do what little we have lacked.
