The Oriental Impression Hotel

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's super close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, making it convenient to get anywhere. There are tons of dining options right downstairs, and the famous Mural Village is just a short walk away with even more great food. Plus, the breakfast spread is really diverse.

I stayed here years ago, shortly after it opened, and everything was new, even bathrobes in the room. This time, however, many facilities felt noticeably older. The room itself was a good size and well-proportioned. My main issue was the pillows – they were too hard and high. More concerningly, the bed linen had 'stains' on it (see image four). The service was decent enough, but the surrounding area still has that 'small town vibe' it always did.

Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are still quite good. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel is very large, and the soundproofing is excellent. The doors are especially heavy, which indicates good quality materials. Service: The staff are great and very enthusiastic, especially the cleaning staff, who always greet you proactively and are very accommodating. It's very close to Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Station, less than a ten-minute walk. The breakfast is rich and you can tell it's freshly made, not pre-packaged food, probably because the hotel has its own catering service. I would choose this hotel again if I come back.

Although the hotel opened in 2017, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the spacious room was very comfortable. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the breakfast was abundant. It's also very convenient to get to the port. If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

Almost every time I visit Macau, I choose to stay here. The rooms are spacious, and from the 18th floor, you can see the Gongbei Port. You can store your luggage at the hotel and then head straight into Macau. There are also plenty of great food options nearby.

The floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light and offer city views. Although the decor has some age, it's well-maintained. The bedding is comfortable, and hygiene is excellent. The soundproofing is good, so it's very quiet at night. The front desk staff thoughtfully accommodate any special requests. **Service is attentive and efficient.** The front desk staff are enthusiastic, and check-in is quick. They even proactively upgraded our room. They respond quickly when help is needed, and the robot delivery service for meals is very convenient. The cleaning and security staff are also very polite. **Facilities are complete, and the morning tea is amazing!** There's an outdoor pool, a gym, and a card room. I particularly want to praise the handmade morning tea! The shrimp dumplings, red rice rolls, and spareribs are all incredibly fresh and authentically delicious. The private rooms are perfect for family gatherings. **Summary** This hotel is perfect for business, leisure, or trips to Macau. It offers great value for money, an unbeatable location, and warm service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhuhai!
