It’s a great place to stay with all the essential facilities and excellent breakfast. There were some issues to get the access to their place but the hosts amazingly helped me to sort out the things. Hosts are really helpful and kind. Bless them!

As an East Asian, the entrance was a bit unfamiliar, but I'm grateful to the staff member who personally opened the door and assisted me. I was very satisfied with the breakfast and the room layout.

extremely dirty - bed creaked heavily, mould in the bathroom, bidet smelled, dirt and stains on the walls, dust, etc. fine if you’re not fussy but was at least expecting a clean room. also forgot our breakfast…

Very kindnesses staff and got a great unexpected from there. And nearly all of the check in locations. I will back again if I have a chance. Thank you so much.

Conveniently located, within walking distance of the train station. Lots of cafes nearby. All the sights are within walking distance. The room is clean and has tea and coffee making facilities, a kettle, and mugs. Breakfast is delivered to your room.

The front desk was only open at noon, making check-in a bit of a hassle. The advantage is its proximity to the train station, about 200 meters away. There's a small Conad supermarket downstairs, and a Carrefour about 100 meters away. There are many restaurants nearby. The rooms are large, clean, and the bathroom facilities are new. The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy at night due to frequent traffic. I paid around 300 RMB, which was quite a good deal; anything over 500 RMB wouldn't be worth it.

Stayed in Florence for three nights. Due to the high-speed train delay, I arrived late and the front desk was off duty. I contacted the front desk in advance and they emailed me the room password and other information. With previous experience, the check-in was smooth and the room was quite large~

This apartment is on the second floor. The room is very spacious and the hygiene is very good. The bathroom is also quite big. The communication with the young guy at the front desk was also very good.

There was no one at the front desk, so I had to call and have them open the door remotely. I couldn't check in without the phone number. The bathroom and the bathroom were moldy. The location was great, near the station.

High cost performance, but European apartment house, the room is a bit old.

The hotel check-in experience was very bad: 1. There was no service staff and no clear self-check-in instructions. It took us more than three hours to complete the check-in process. The entire check-in process was thanks to the help of three Italians who lived in the same B&B. 2. The hotel charged an extra 10 euros in urban construction tax. 3. The room was never cleaned during the three-day stay.

I really don't recommend staying here. Don't be fooled by fake reviews. I'm writing my first review so that more people will be fooled. As others have written, it was the worst. I wish they would allow 0 stars. Check-in time is listed as (15:00-18:00). Late check-in after 18:00 will cost 30 euros, and late check-in after 23:00 will cost 50 euros (local cash only). This additional fee was not stated at the time of booking. This is not a hotel, but actually an apartment room. There is mold in the bathtub. Also, the check-in location and the room you will be staying in are far apart, and it takes 20 minutes to walk. (It is also 15 minutes to walk from the nearest station to the check-in location.) Even if you search for the address on Google Maps, a different location will be displayed, so I recommend using Apple Maps. (It's best not to stay here.) I didn't know the way, so I contacted the hotel many times, but I didn't get a reply, so I ended up wandering around in the middle of the night. Trip.com states that the city tax is 11 euros, but in reality it is 14 euros, so be careful. (The best thing to do is not stay here.) It's a really awful feeling.
