DoubleTree by Hilton London – West End

Doubletree Hilton is always my go-to and having saved more money via trip and Hilton not price matching, i was worried I would not get my Hilton benefits. However, I was able to choose my room to check in as per, however Hilton seems to have a habit now of when you arrive finding out room has been changed and they apparently upgrading you but it's not actual upgrade! I was given choice of 2 rooms eventually and still pleased with it, Nice view, although a tad noisy on 5th floor facing the main road. Ample space, comfy bed, good size bathroom. Breakfast was actually one of the nicest I've had in a hotel in a long time. Front desk was very helpful and easy to deal with. Bar allowed me to get ice and water to take to my room. Location was spot on with access to tube and buses. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great location and clean well organised hotel . Staff were very polite and welcoming , and we were offered a free upgrade at check in . I have used this hotel before as it’s location (15 mins walk to Covent Garden , and 3 mins to the nearest tube station ) is great. Also the hotel serves a lovely breakfast!

Absolutely worth the price. Hilton hotels never disappoint. Nice comfortable beds, luxurious feel of the room, big shower space and amenities, soft covers, and wide selection of breakfast in the morning with halal options to add. Always highly recommended. Location is right across Euston Station which is in the heart of Central London.

Everything is very good, except that the room is too small, the location is very good, and the room is very clean, but more than a thousand hotels than the domestic hotel ~ ah ~ understand the sprinkle
Kimpton - Fitzroy London, an IHG Hotel

Staying at Kimpton Fitzroy is really amazing‼ ️Unexpectedly, I booked a hotel designed by Charles Fitzroy Doll, the first-class designer of the Titanic. The whole hotel is classical, magnificent and magnificent, as if living in a Victorian castle. There are only two Lucky George brass sculptures on the second floor in the world, one is in this hotel, and the other is on the Titanic, which is now sleeping peacefully on the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean 🌊… The room is small, but also very clean and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Will stay again.
Staunton Hotel - B&B

Would be a easy five star with an elevator: nice people, immaculate, great location. But there was some rough edges: * For the first few days we were there they seemed to be having staffing problems: clearing tables, making up rooms. But after a while everything settled down and it was great. * There were plenty of outlets around the bed, but only one at the desk which was used by the lamp. No USB outlets. If you go make sure your USB supply had a mains feed-thru so you can still use the lamps. * Mini-refrigerator freezer was a block of ice. Inefficient, but it did keep our drinks and meds cool.
