Hotels in Shisanling Reservoir, Juyongguan Great Wall, Beijing

The hotel is right next to the subway station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The breakfast and the hotel environment were also very good. Since the hotel just opened, the facilities are all quite new. However, when we checked in, the front desk didn't inform us that our room had been upgraded. We only received a street-view room. Yet, when the hotel followed up later, they claimed we had been upgraded, which left me a bit confused.

This is my third time staying at Atour, and it's consistently a high-quality hotel experience. Service: The staff's attitude is, as always, exceptionally good. They feel very 'human' and genuinely think from the guest's perspective, especially when assigning rooms. They proactively inform guests about room conditions, ensuring no subpar rooms are assigned. Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness is excellent. Both the sheets and towels have a faint, reassuring scent of disinfectant. They even provide disinfectant wipes next to the smart toilet, which is a thoughtful touch. Facilities: The entire room is smart-enabled. The TV has screen mirroring, there's a mini-fridge, and the hairdryer is a high-speed one.

Summary: Our two-and-a-half-year-old absolutely loved it here, and the adults were comfortable too. We'll definitely be back. Room: The treehouse slide room was a huge hit with our little one. As soon as we entered, they were climbing up and sliding down non-stop, burning off so much energy! When it was time to check out, they kept asking to stay another night. Dining: The Chinese restaurant is recommended; the food was good, and the prices were quite reasonable for a five-star hotel. The buffet restaurant on weekend mornings was very crowded, requiring a wait. It would be great if they could address the capacity issue during peak hours. Hot Springs: The Tang Le Palace hot spring complex has many pools of various sizes, and they were quite clean. Both our child and we had a great time soaking and playing. We went on a weekend, and while it was busy, it didn't feel uncomfortably crowded, unlike some other hot springs that feel like a 'dumpling bath'. Service: All the staff were very enthusiastic. A special thanks to Sarah for her considerate and attentive follow-up throughout our stay, and for genuinely helping us resolve issues.

It's very close to Taikang Yanyuan Rehabilitation Hospital, within walking distance. I chose to stay one night because my family member was hospitalized there, to avoid the hassle of traveling back and forth. It's one of the higher-standard hotels in the entire hotel range; it's new, and the rooms are larger than those in the city. Although you need to call ahead to get into the underground parking garage, it's spacious enough to park horizontally. The robot food delivery service is also a great option for those who are awkward about parking. It's within walking distance of Taikang Yanyuan Rehabilitation Hospital, and if you drive, you don't need to make a U-turn; you can take another route and turn one block to get to the hospital. I was very satisfied and slept well for eight hours amidst the anxiety of my family member's hospitalization.

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the subway! The environment is excellent, and the room was incredibly quiet. Lily at the front desk was very helpful and the room was spotless. The gym equipment is also brand new! Plus, the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changping, Beijing.

Very good, the mattress and pillow are very comfortable, I fell into bed right away, didn't move or snore all night, slept very well, the toilet flushes automatically and is the same as the one at home, the night light can be turned off by sensor, and the curtains can be closed by voice, all of which are very satisfactory details.

I highly recommend Jingzhihu Hotel! The overall environment is superb, with lush trees and greenery throughout the grounds, making it quiet and comfortable. It's especially suitable for families with young babies looking to relax and get away. This stay, I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Brown. He was attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire stay, paying close attention to every detail, and resolved all the issues we encountered traveling with our three-month-old baby! We had a ton of baby gear with us. As soon as we checked in, Butler Brown helped us upgrade our room and kindly pushed a luggage cart, delivering all our numerous bags directly to the room. He had already prepared a lovely and cute crib for us, complete with a mattress, a small pillow, and a tiny blanket, so we didn't need to bring anything ourselves – it was incredibly convenient. After checking in, he even surprised us with complimentary drinks, nuts, and various snacks. Throughout our stay, Brown was very attentive, often messaging us to ask if we needed anything and reminding us about breakfast times in advance. He really thought of everything. What touched us the most was when our baby needed to be fed at 12 PM. After understanding our situation, Brown proactively helped us apply for a late checkout, so we didn't have to rush to pack and leave. This was a huge convenience for families with young infants. Butler Brown is professional yet gentle, observant, and incredibly considerate in every aspect. This stay far exceeded our expectations, all thanks to Brown's meticulous and thoughtful service. I've already recommended Jingzhihu Hotel and Butler Brown to all my friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Although the room facilities are not comparable to those of a star-rated hotel, they are complete, have no formaldehyde smell, use environmentally friendly materials, are clean and tidy, and have a beautiful environment. In particular, the service is warm and attentive. I look forward to staying here again.

This hotel is super conveniently located, very close to the business district and the subway station, and travel is particularly worry-free. Check-in is very fast, no need to wait in line for too long. The room is clean and quiet, whether it is office or rest is very suitable, the network speed is stable, the facilities are complete, the service is professional, the living is comfortable and trouble-free, it is really suitable for business trips to live here, highly recommended!

There are many hot spring pools, catering to different needs, both indoors and outdoors. The pools are clean and come in various temperatures. There's also a swimming pool. Breakfast was decent, but the hot springs offer excellent value for money. I'll definitely come back again.
