Located in the center of town, tourist sites are within walking distance.

Location is superb convenience. Twin room saiz is too small & narrow when my friend & i have two big & two 22’inch trolley saiz bags. Bath room water circulation has to improve, after bath water will spread into bedroom.

The hotel was very conveniently located, near the underground tube station. The room was clean. I will stay here again!

Very close to many touristic locations. Very convenient! Mostly walking distance to many beautiful touristic destinations.

Zedwell Piccadilly offers a cozy environment for a short layover in London. The hotel is situated near Regent St. where much shopping can be done. Access to the Tube is easy with the station located within 3 mins walking distance. Additionally, the hotel is guarded with security so you could reside in peace and security. My only dissatisfaction was the keycards. During my 3D2N stay, I had to reset the keycards for my friends and I 3 times, much to my annoyance. The staff were understanding however, and patiently resets it every time. Other pointers to note: - Breakfast at the hotel is quite limited, offering mainly a croissant, granola bars, and coffee. If you are looking for a heavier meal, feel free to explore the surrounding cafes. One i could recommend within 5 mins walking distance is Caffe Concerto (shown in pic) - Storage of luggage is not free, costing you 15 pounds per piece of luggage

We stayed for one night at the hotel on 16/2 to 17/2. During our shower, we have heard commotion outside, but as we are unable to hear clearly with music play and both naked, we responded delayed, only noticing the door closing suddenly (which means it opened during our shower). We lock the doors immediately fearing for the risk this presents. There are follow ups on heavy knocking on the door. We wondered if they were our friends who also at the hotel, we asked, but no respond, only heavy knocking on the door. After a few mins, it is finally silent and when we finished our shower, we got our friends who are at a different floor to find reception (calling reception on the phone only leads to voice mail). There was a search on the floor and review of the CCTV, could not find this mysterious figure. Only in further questioning that it is revealed apparently the steam set off the smoke alarm (which is unusual as we already have the bathroom door closed), and someone came to check. However, as we question the person at reception (me at the phone as I was worried for the safety outside our room, and only our friends still at reception) why couldn’t they have announced their presence plus asking for our safety with communication, rather than knocking without a way for us to verify their identification, the person at reception began to become increasingly impatient and rude, asking us why the visitors of the affected room not present (which we already mentioned we worried for our safety), and asking if we are questioning the hotels management. As we mentioned the issue of the person entering the room with us naked, gravely disturbed our privacy, he starts to threaten us of having us checked out and having security escort us out. With no further progress, we are forced to leave and rest for the night. Apparently this is also not the first time this has happened as well (there are reviews on the people’s similar experience on other platforms). Would not recommend this place, or if you still consider this place, be careful.

I had a lovely and comfortable stay at Zedwell Piccadilly Circus. The location is right in the heart of the city right by Soho & not far from St James park/Buckingham palace with great city links all around.  The Staff were very friendly and I felt extremely welcome. The choice of gym is a good add on though I didn’t use it the Studio seemed lovely.  The vending machines aren’t the cheapest but they have a lot of very handy things if you have run out of essentials and arrive late.  Over all I would happily stay again!

The hotel location is very good to be fair. However the housekeeping service is not on a daily basis, the room is too small even for one person, no windows available if you want a window you will be charged, basically everything is on charge ( gym, hair dryer, baggage storage. Etc) and the room was too too dark! And the bathroom is dark also i really struggled

Very clean and convenient, especially if you have come for shows in the West End. As a solo traveller and student, I already had most of the things that I needed to spend a night. But it will be a different story if you are here only for sightseeing and travelling. They only have a single size bed and a large mirror attatched to the wall. Other than that, there are no amenities in the room.

Location is superb. Right next to piccadilly circus tube station. Rm is vrry basic without any table or chair. Most snnoying is the toilet. The glass panel us not so frosted, meaning u csn see the person inside showering very ckearly😰 thus, i would not recommend this oth than couples.

Very basic hotel- bed and bathroom, no frills like a kettle or drinking water or even a window. The location is the main drawing point! Excellent location for exploring London.

Seamless check-in. This isn't my first time staying here, and I'm loving it as always! It's clean, as usual, with the best location and the best price. However, I was disappointed to find out that the price dropped just one day before my stay.

The hotel is central for all attractions, shops and restaurants. The hotel does have breakfast facilities but we did not use this. There is a vending machine in reception which you can get snacks from. The rooms were lovely. We had a double cocoon which was ideal. My only note would be there was 2 hooks for your clothing but no other accessory within the room. It could have done with a table, puff or more hooks. There are no amenities within the bedroom, which is acceptable. You can rent them (at a cost) from reception in a first come first service basis. Get in quick as hair driers and iron go quickly. Lastly just a note, that storage of your luggage is at a cost. Again this is acceptable but not all travellers would accommodate this within their budget.
