The location is fantastic, and the views over the river make it a great place to dine or have a drink. This is not a luxury resort but some of the prices suggest it is. On the other hand, the staff in the restaurant and Ricki at reception were world class, attentive and professional.

Excellent riverside room and a wonderful resort overall. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The gardens and surroundings in the resort are well maintained. The swimming pool is a great place to relax on a sunny afternoon, the restaurant and bar has excellent food refreshing drinks. It gets quite busy on the weekend and with big groups, but you can see why once you experience the facilities. Apart from the resort it's also home to safpar, they have many different options for travel along the zambezi and falls. We chose the river float, game drive and sunset cruise combo (Around $180) and it was totally worth it! Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.

This hotel was excellent ! The location was right on the Zambezi River. The accommodation was in chalets which very spacious and clean. Shower and bathroom were high spec. Restaurant was an open air bar style overlooking the river. Menu fantastic. In the evening there was entertainment. Staff extremely professional and welcoming. 15 mins drive to Victoria Falls. Can book many excursions direct from reception. I opted for the Zambezi River Cruise, where the cruise departs from the hotel. Would go back again.

WiFi, breakfast, small room. By the Zambezi River, the restaurant has a good view and is cheap. There is an activity center where you can book various activities, and the bar broadcasts live football matches.

4/5. Great views. Great restaurant attached was able to get a late check out which was fabulous as I had bath in my king view room and was able to Relax before my flight to JB. Pool was useful albeit a bit far to walk... very relaxing and welcoming.

When I'm in doubt I go to the Victoria falls Waterfront, because they have everything, good food, drink and boat cruise at affordable price. Very delicious iced tea made by Malambo, other waiters did not know how to do it as it was not on the menu but he spared time from waiting his tables to prepare it and to share the recipe and I really appreciate.

Visited with our group of 8 and also as a couple several times during our stay in Livingstone. One of my favorite restaurants. The food is wonderful. The woodfire pizza is great. The baguette which was more like a calzone with chicken and pesto is wonderful. I loved the steak. You can have a cappuccino, or mocktail (I recommend the virgin pina colada) on the deck where you eat and watch the sunset. Its beautiful and a perfect way to wind down a day then you stay there and order supper.

Not as luxurious as the Avani, the Royal Livingstone or the David Livingstone - but certainly better value for money. Good range of accommodation from static tents up to riverside chalets. Food is also good value for money. The riverside location is really good. Great place to book activities. Two swimming pools.

The trip was part of my family vacation. The Services offered were amazing and given us pleasant memories. We shall definitely return to this place the next time we visit Livingstone

Spent 4 days and nights here with a large family group of 15. Accommodation is very good, our lodge looked directly over the Zambesi River. Food and drinks were good quality and very good value. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Several external activities can be booked on site...I would particularly recommend the helicopter trips over the Victoria Falls, and the evening river cruise and meal. I would not recommend the short tour to the traditional Zambian Village. This was a highly staged affair, aimed more at getting you to buy so called hand crafted souvenirs, supposedly made by the village craftsmen....most appeared to be the same mass produced items seen at various other places on our tour. Laughable was the sight of one of these 'craftsmen' sitting outside his 'home', dragging a very course wood rasp across the legs of a highly polished wooden giraffe.... We didn't buy anything, as we didn't like the pushy sales techniques the sellers tried using. That was the only negative we experienced, and of course is out of the control of The Waterfront, everything else was great, and would definitely recommend as a good place to stay.

Touristy place of course and they want money for everything, including for towels to use at the swimming pool! They also sell you tours all the time! But at least the place is nice, some monkeys around, nice garden, room was clean, breakfast was nice and staff at breakfast and dinner was friendly. Dinner cheap, beer cheap. But lots of guests are primitive and do not behave nice. Overall not bad for two nights. Not far from the falls. Sambia is a very poor country and the difference with Namibia is like day and night.
