地理位置很好，停車也很方便，收費合理，這個樓層視野簡直不要太好，衹是這個季節有點冷，晚上睡覺得開空調了，白天還好！下樓過馬路就是柳州博物館，樓下吃飯，逛街也都方便，離五星步行街也不遠！從商場能直接回到樓裏，省了不少距離，哈哈哈……推薦

一家六大一小兩天一夜柳州行，住宿做了很久功課，最終放棄便捷酒店選擇果果民宿。果果民宿優勢明顯:房間大，樓層高，採光和視野都很好，價格適中，每個房都配有1.8米以上大床或高低床，且都有專用衞生間，一大家子住着正合適。還有樓下的乾躍螺螄粉很好吃，不到兩天的時間裏我們在乾躍吃了三頓。不足之處:第一次停車時找不到地方，兜兜轉轉好久，好不容易按照指定路線停好車又找不到去房間的路，真是人在囧途……當然第二次就好了；再就是房間不配毛巾和瓶裝水，需要自帶；拖鞋隨意擺放在鞋櫃內外，一看就是沒清洗或消毒的，要開水燙過再穿或乾脆打赤腳。儘管如此還是瑕不掩瑜，我給它打95分。這次來柳州雖説待的時間不長，但是吃得盡興，玩得開心，住得舒服，更加喜歡柳州了，有機會會再來！

入住柳州地王公館，房間非常大，簡直可以用豪華來形容。樓下就有很多螺獅粉，非常好吃，太喜歡柳州這個城市了

地段好，樓下有小電動租，去哪裏都方便。空間大，擺設不多，但是僅有的擺設不夠乾淨，比如長台的凳子，凳麪邋遢。如圖有一個房間有柱，我們入住的時候沒有住那個房間，被子也挺舒服的。另外生活陽台放了個擺設，拉開窗簾看到的時候嚇個半死，衹有地段和空間對得起這個價錢，配備比如牙膏套裝完全跟不上這個價錢。但房東人好，我們提前到可以讓我們放行李。

環境很好！3個房間完全夠住！驚奇的發現，住的地方去哪都挺近的，總會繞回住的附近。附近商場、零食店等齊全。坐在大落地窗前看風景真的很舒服。
