Perfect 2d1n stay if you are looking for a place to stay in cinque terre. First of all, the service was tip top by receptionist Nasrin! She was very warm and welcoming. She offered to keep our luggages and let us have a quick change after we check out. Other than that, the guest house is located strategically just 9 mins walk from La Spezia train station, next to the Main Street. The room was pretty spacious even for three! Room was clean, beds were perfect, toilet was spacious and we didn’t expect it has a sharing kitchen as well with utensils and coffee machine. Overall it was a perfect stay for us definitely!

Good location between the train station and port. The shower drain was a bit blocked and would over flow if you had it on full. You could also smell the typical unpleasant drain smell from a blocked pipe.

Good location! I recommend it !

It’s been a year since I came to Italy. This is by far the most cost-effective accommodation.

Close to La spezia centrale station and great for visiting Cinque Terre. Check-in time is fixed.

This little gem is in a sweet location right in the heart of the Le Spezia shopping restaurant *****. It can be lively of an evening however the double glazed doors and air conditioner allow tranquility within these roomy, modern and clean apartment studios. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay. We only just squeezed in all we wanted to do in 4 nights.

Sounds like a cool spot! It's basically an apartment-turned-hotel on a bustling street in La Spezia. The front desk folks aren't there 24/7. The rooms are roomy and comfy but kinda basic. The bathroom's decent, and the bed's cozy. Expect some street noise until late, but they've got nifty shutters. You can walk to the train station, and there are awesome restaurants nearby. Overall, you liked it and would recommend it!

Stayed here with our two teenage girls as a base to explore Cinque Terre. It’s in the middle of town so handy for bars, restaurants and the train station to get up the coast. Rooms are fairly basic but clean and do the job. There’s a communal kitchen and amazing market round the corner to source and eat your breakfast.

Posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti dalla stazione, dal mare, dalle fermate dell'autobus e dei battelli. Si trova nel centro storico con tutti i negozi a pochi passi. Le camere sono carine, completamente ristrutturate e il materasso è molto comodo. Pulizia ottima e una nota particolare a Sara e ai proprietari che sono molto gentili, disponibili ed onesti. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare! Consigliatissimo
