Super good accommodation. Very beautiful and nostalgic, the clerk is also very good. I regret not setting aside a little more time to move in the room, and I will definitely find more friends to come back next time.

The bathroom is easy to use, the garden is ornamental, the lighting is good, there is floor heating, the cooking utensils need to be updated, the style is old, and it is inconvenient to use

The experience is amazing. The room, the garden, the staffs and the location (outside the center so we can relax) are perfect. We had a garden-view room with a balcony that we could enjoy our drinks very relaxing!

A very, very perfect accommodation experience. It is definitely the most comfortable and warm B&B I have ever stayed in. The accommodation environment is clean and immaculate, full of Japanese style, full of experience, and the service is considerate and warm. The boss and his wife are really nice! They helped us selflessly and enthusiastically time and time again. I am really grateful and touched. Unfortunately, the score is only five points, otherwise I really want to give it 100 points! Although the trip is short, the memories are long-lasting. Because I have never lived in Kyoto, I want to come back to Kyoto countless times ~

Clean and hygienic, bicycles are available, supermarkets, food markets nearby, very convenient.

The hotel staffs are professional and enthusiastic. For the seven days stay, everything was perfect. The room is spacious compared with other hotels at the same level. The hardware are well maintained. The restaurants provide great food. The breakfast at Cafe 33 is great but limited in variety given the price. The Italian restaurant trattoria sette provides great pizza and pasta. The location is quite convenient given its proximity to Kyoto Station, thought it’s a bit far from Kawaramachi. There are bus stops connecting Gion, Higashiyama, Kawaramachi, Kyoto Station and Tofukuji quite near the hotel.
