A classic one-night, two-meal stay, and the private baths were easy to get into—usually less than half an hour. The indoor and outdoor experiences were quite different, with varying water temperatures. Dinner was a traditional kaiseki meal, and the tempura was free to refill. It's very close to Togetsukyo Bridge, just a 6-7 minute walk. If you want to experience a classic Japanese hotel with a strong sense of culture, this is an excellent choice!

All I can say is that we had an amazing time here. The Onsen was surely an exceptional experience and a memory that will surely remember. The Japanese breakfast and dinner were fantastically delicious. I would highly recommend this place if you’re searching for a relaxing time and enjoy its surrounding nature.

Beautiful peaceful hotel! 15 mins walk to River, mountain, bridge etc. Have 5 private baths which are accessible in 24 hrs,but the public bath super good too. ( both open air and indoor , very clean with sauna) Has salt bath scrub and facial exfoliation products which you can try and buy at the souvenir shop. Has free coffee and matcha latte the whole day. Provides yakult, apple cider and black soy bean tea in specific hours. Has Yukata of different colors to choose. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, particularly Mr Chang, he was patient to answer your questions and helped book taxis if you need to. Lastly to mention is the breakfast, the grilled salmon or other fish has small bones. (Hope hotel can warn the tourists on this.) Big rooms. Suitable for family and solo travellers.

When in Kyoto, you absolutely must experience this hot spring hotel♨️. The room size and facilities are standard and perfectly adequate. Check-in was quick and convenient. The hotel's onsen is a major highlight; after enjoying the autumn leaves in Arashiyama, soaking in the hot spring is wonderful for unwinding from the day's fatigue. However, there aren't many convenience stores nearby, so it's a good idea to buy some snacks and drinks beforehand. The dinner and breakfast included with the stay were quite generous and offered decent variety. Highly recommended!

First off, the location is excellent, right across from Hankyu Arashiyama. We came from Kyoto, and there's a direct bus from our Kyoto hotel, so we took the bus. We checked in at 3 PM, dropped off our luggage, and then went to explore around Togetsukyo Bridge. We also had tickets for the Arashiyama Scenic Railway at 2:30 PM. For dinner, we had two time slots, 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM; we chose 5:30 PM, and the dinner was fantastic. The hotel also offers a late-night snack. The private onsen baths were busy at night, so we opted for the public bath, which was empty since we went early. The next morning, we chose a private bath. This stay included two meals, and we had plenty of time, so it truly felt like a vacation. Oh, and there's a tea bar on the first floor; I love mocha or cocoa. After the evening bath, there are popsicles, and after the morning bath, there's lactic acid drink. It's wonderful!

This hotel is conveniently located in the Arashiyama area, making it perfect for enjoying the autumn foliage. The rooms are a bit small and show their age, but the basic facilities are decent, and the food is acceptable. I stayed for three nights.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! They have a 24-hour onsen, and the rooms are so quiet. Plus, they offer a great selection of drinks and snacks. I'm definitely bringing my parents here next time. It's also super convenient, right next to Arashiyama Park and the Arashiyama High-Speed Rail Station. Excellent transportation!
