As shown in the picture, it is completely incomparable to the level of other hot spring hotels 4. The hotel has few shuttle buses. It may not be available even if you book in advance. A very unexpected and satisfactory hotel. There are only 18 rooms in total. It is not easy to find but it is really quiet. The rooms are very large. The suites can be up to 95 square meters and the ordinary ones are 75 square meters. There is Chinese service. If the breakfast is not enough, you can refill it. The Japanese and French dinner is not too large, very appetizing, and the price is reasonable. Overall, it is a big surprise. I will definitely book again when I come to Niseko in the future.

After staying for five nights, I can only describe it in two words: comfortable. From the view room facilities to the hot spring and dining services, all the staff I came into contact with were very enthusiastic and professional, especially the two male front desk staff who spoke Chinese. They were very professional and serious and provided us with a lot of convenience. I would like to express my gratitude! However, there was a female front desk staff who spoke Chinese. Although I didn’t come into contact with her much, she only did a very simple little thing, but she said that she couldn’t complete it and gave me a very low IQ explanation. I knew that this explanation was completely untenable, but I didn’t want to argue with her at all... I found other employees later and completed it on the spot! Such a person with no attitude and no IQ is not suitable for working in Japanese hotels, which affects the image of the hotel. It is best for her to go home and lie down and do nothing!

Unfortunately, it was foggy when we were there. The food tastes good, the ingredients are fresh, and the steak is cooked just right. I am satisfied with my stay.

Very comfortable small hotel. It's not very convenient to go out. The hotel has a car to take you to the city center and make an appointment to pick you up back to the hotel. The environment is very quiet, the scenery is good, and the hot spring water is very good.

The hotel is located 2.7 kilometers from the ski resort, and there is a special car to and from the ski resort. The hotel service is great. It is a butler-style service, and a dedicated Chinese-speaking butler was arranged for us. The room was also very comfortable, and the view outside the window was so beautiful. It was very quiet and beautiful to take a bath in the room and look at the snowy scene outside the window. We stayed for three days and two nights, including breakfast and dinner each day. Dinner was Japanese food and French food, both of which were exquisite. We didn't eat the last breakfast, so the hotel gave each of us a pair of exquisite wooden chopsticks. The whole experience was great!

The wisest choice when coming to Niseko this time is to book this hotel, whose Chinese name is Leshui Mountain. Clean, quiet, good service, good hot spring, everything is good, big room The daily breakfast is sumptuous and the dinner is specially customized for us by the private chef. We stayed for four nights and it was different every night. Japanese and Western style. So happy. On the last day, the sky cleared up and Mount Yotei was right in front of us. The best hotel I stayed at when I came to ski this time. It has Chinese service and also provides shuttles between ski resort hotels. It’s very good. The room types are also very good and there are a variety of breakfasts. I highly recommend this hotel for skiing! ! ! ! ! !

Not far from HIRAFU Welcome Center, it takes more than 10 minutes by car to reach the hotel. We first contacted the hotel by email and asked them to send a car to pick us up at the Welcome Center (and then asked them to drive us to Kutchan Station). There are very few rooms in the hotel, so there is no need to wait for check-in, check-out and breakfast. Every staff member is very friendly and polite.  The safety bath in the room is first-class, and it is very comfortable for two adults plus one and two children. You can see Mount Yotei from the room, living room and dining room, which is very beautiful. However, it snowed heavily during the two days we were here, so we didn't have much time to see the mountain view.

The only drawback is that not every ski resort can pick up and drop off.
