Nice hotel . Recommended . large rooms . Beds could be more comfortable though .

Very nice hotel, nothing to say, desert excursion to do with the hotel!

Poor breakfast quality, dirty blankets

Breakfast and dinner are included, which is a convenient spot in a hotel area surrounded by hotels.

Was a short stay here for one night as i was doing a desert excursion trip with partner. My main hotel was actually in north Tunisia but due to doing a desert excursion i stayed here for one night. To be fair it was decent. Everything was working, it had a shower decent bed and a balcony as well. Due to this hotel stay being part of the excursion i also had dinner on the evening of my first day and also breakfast before checking out and carrying on my exploration. The hotel rooms need a refurb in my opinion or the one i stayed in at least but all in all, it done the job. I thought i would leave a positive review because of the staff in reception who were very friendly and accommodating as well as the desert excursion being something i will never forget. An amazing trip setup by Let's Explore Tunisia (these were the guys who helped set my Sahara trip up and included a one night stay here). We arrived just after dinner had closed usually and after checking in my guide spoke with the reception team and they kindly made sure me and my partner had some food before i headed to my room. Truly appreciated, will happily stay here again if the staff are still this accommodating when returning.

Very nice hotel with big rooms and amenities. Breakfast was average but dinner was good. Property is nice and big and good value for money but slightly old and shows some wear and tear. Not enough plug points in the room and would have liked to have a kettle, coffee and water provided in the rooms

Yes, this hotel is a bit run down. But this is our 4th hotel in Tunisia and it is still better than the 5 star modern Radison we stayed in 2 nights ago. Large rooms Nice food Staff amazing This would have been 4 stars but what made it 5? We didn't tell them it was my wife's birthday but they: 1. Said happy birthday when we handed in our key 2. They delivered a card 3. They decorated the beds 4. They brought a huge personalised cake to the dinner table and sang happy birthday Can't put a price on that

Acceptable hotel by Tozeur oasis area. Centric to visit the "door of Sahara ". Larger rooms but they are dated. They need more maintenance. Staff was friendly. The buffet meals were acceptable with diversity. Good place to stay for the price.

Stayed here a couple of nights on a small group tour of Tunisia. Located in the “tourist district” but nothing here except closed-down hotels. Good sized room and huge outdoor pool. All mod cons - perfectly functional but a bit faded. OK for a couple of nights, but Tozeur is nothing special.

On first view hotel is okay, but soar taste in its mouth is left when you see that shower battery is not working properly, so you take 3 times more time to shower because of slow water pressure in it. Room view is very bad and fridge is not working at all. Basic pool is a little thing that at least a little fixes impression, although its nothing special. They charged me more money for the single room and gave me room like this, it was pool level room but with a lot of flaws. Something like this should not be allowed to have 4 stars or to be classified as a 4 star hotel because its very far from that.

I waited until I had stayed in 6 different hotels in Tunisia to review, so I had comparisons. I feel this was a good value. My room was large with a terrace, and a view of the desert. I wish there was a kettle in the room though! The pool was large, sparkling and very inviting. Overall a good experience and fair price.

Staff very unfriendly. Food ok at dinner. Warning do not go at 6 am for breakfast wait til 630 hardly anything there. Wifi did work. Room ok. Los of pontential but staff need training to welcome customers. Room was comfortable and everything worked. For area I guess ok but needs some work in the restaurant. A numer of meat dishs had lots of bones and not a lot of meat.

The hotel is average. Room cleanliness is below expectation. Quite old and not well maintained. Was there in a low season, breakfast and dinner buffet options are very limited in terms of choice. While it is an average hotel, it seems it is one of the best options in the city in terms of cost/quality trade off,
