The hotel is near MRT station and great customer service. Provide self service tea station at the lobby. Nearby the hotel have supermarkets and many restaurants.

Service wasn’t that great. The hotel smelt really high of smoke, even in the non-smoking room. Once the vent was on, the smoke smell was coming in so we had to shut off the vent. Location was good, took only 5 minutes to get to our destination.

經濟實惠，物超所值。預訂完後去看評論，似乎很多噴，然後有點後悔，最後入住才發現，那些“噴”似乎過於苛責，其實酒店非常不錯，乾淨，衞生，住得很舒服。

酒店位於蜀漢路東地鐵，去文殊院、天府廣場、春熙路、寬窄巷子、人民公園等必打卡的地方都很近，地鐵4-6站，20分鐘的距離。環境還不錯，性價比高，下次來成都，還會選擇這裏。

設施：很差 老破小 隔音太差
衞生：一般 噴頭很臟 床品很差 下水道反味
環境：臨街 很吵
服務：態度惡劣 根本不解決問題 因為是臨街的房間，辦理入住的時候特意詢問了前台房間是否吵 前台答覆我説雙層玻璃 隔音好 結果到晚上發現外面的窗户是玻璃牆 設施老舊都銹死了根本關不上 裏面的窗户很薄 打電話給前台 哼唧半天也不解決 ，態度惡劣，説話很刻薄，沒有歉意還提前掛斷電話，後來上來一個大叔也關不上，衹能湊合一晚。此酒店有損攜程網的品牌建議攜程網取消此酒店的合作協議

房間大小還行，交通方便，附近肯德基大潤發啥都有，安排的7樓確實很安靜，但是確實最大問題是熱水一旦入住人多，就幾乎沒有熱水
