This place is located in a great location. There are malls just opposite which is great if you do not have plans and just want to hang around. Downstairs, there are various local food places which served good food. The hotel itself is located in k9 apartments, right next to Novotel Hotel. The reception messaged us on Trip.com on the day of our arrival to provide us with information on how to reach the hotel & the address to set in our Didi. As this was our last hotel before returning home, I honestly had alot of Taobao kuai di which the receptionist picked up for me patiently throughout all 3 days of our stay. I could not be more grateful esp when 1 of my package was sent to a place about 1.5km away from the hotel. They would wechat us on a daily basis to confirm if we needed housekeeping or if we needed any amenities. Within the room, there was a play room which my kids absolutely loved. They saw it as their private space and played inside on their own when the adults would busy. There was a washer / dryer located within the room which was so helpful. & a working fridge. We were provided with disposable coverings for the toilet bowl & bathtub and also toothbrush (including children’s toothbrush & bedroom slippers). The staircase to the loft was also safe with handrails and big enough steps to not fall / miss a step. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again if I visited Kunmin again.

Of all the hotels I've stayed in, the service at this one truly impressed me, and I have to give it high praise! From the moment I booked, I felt their exceptional attentiveness. Customer service proactively called to confirm my check-in time and asked if I had any special requests, like wanting a higher floor or a quiet room. Upon arrival, a staff member immediately offered to help with my luggage, and the front desk processed my check-in quickly, even offering me a bottle of water. It was a hot day in Kunming, and that water instantly cooled me down. Check-out was just as smooth. The front desk asked about my stay and if I had any suggestions, and even gave me a small tea souvenir. The entire stay felt as comfortable and relaxed as visiting a friend's home, with no sense of formality whatsoever. The hardware facilities were also great. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the Chinese-style decor was grand and tasteful – not a tacky imitation of antiquity, but a well-designed modern Chinese aesthetic that was perfect for photos. I genuinely recommend this hotel to everyone. You'll understand what 'home away from home' truly means after just one stay!

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip and it far exceeded my expectations! The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for working. The room had great natural light, a simple yet elegant decor, and plenty of storage. Toiletries were neatly arranged, and the environment was quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for both rest and work without interruptions. Definitely suitable for business travelers.

Having traveled to over 20 countries, this is my first time reviewing an accommodation. When you're on the road, you often miss home. But not here! We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! We will definitely be back.

The service was great, and I loved the Chinese courtyard design. The location is good, making it easy to get around. There's no elevator, so you'll be using stairs to go up and down. The front desk staff were all lovely ladies who even helped me carry my luggage upstairs. The white fungus drink served during afternoon tea was delicious. Unlike typical hotels, there's no key card; instead, you get a traditional key, and you need to use it to lock the door from the outside when you leave.

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable, providing an excellent environment for rest. The service attitude is friendly, and the staff are responsive, able to promptly address guests' various needs. Overall, it's a highly cost-effective accommodation choice.

I saw the high ratings for this guesthouse online, so I decided to book it just to see, and as soon as I arrived, I knew I'd made the right choice! 🥰 The room and environment were exactly as pictured online. The owner and their family were all very kind, and the courtyard was beautifully maintained and spotless. Every picture I took turned out lovely. Stepping in, you immediately feel a refreshing vibe. The breakfast was amazing – a great variety, delicious, and even delivered to the room, which was just perfect! The location is also fantastic. There's a small gate next to the guesthouse that leads right to a food street. It's just a two or three-minute walk to Haigeng Dam, so it was lovely to stroll there after dinner 🐶. I'll definitely be back, and I've already recommended it to my friends. Thanks for the Pu'er tea, boss! 👍👍👍👍

The room was spacious and meticulously clean. The bedding was soft, making for a very relaxing stay. It was convenient to find places to eat nearby, and the service was attentive, which made us feel at ease with children. The young man at the front desk was super nice, polite, thoughtful, and enthusiastic – definitely a five-star plus! The breakfast was good, the only minor point is that the hotel is very new, so there's a slight scent of renovation, otherwise, it was perfect!

The rooms are quite new, and the king-size room feels even more spacious. The deluxe king-size room overlooks the street, offering a city neon light view at night. The shower water pressure was good, and breakfast was decent. There were quite a few foreign guests staying there. The underground parking is convenient and close to the elevators, which is a plus. It's great to have a WeChat contact for the butler service, making communication easy. Mila and Star provided proactive and timely service. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven downstairs.
