Had a really pleasant stay here! The service was excellent. The staff added us on WeChat before our arrival, which made communication very convenient. They also provided luggage assistance from the pick-up point to the hotel, which was very helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying! 😋 What impressed us most was the staff — everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience with excellent service and hospitality. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Having traveled to over 20 countries, this is my first time reviewing an accommodation. When you're on the road, you often miss home. But not here! We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! We will definitely be back.

During the National Day holiday, we came to Kunming for a trip and did a lot of research beforehand. Online reviews all said that Sofitel was the top choice for scenic views in Kunming, so we specifically chose to stay here, and the experience certainly didn't disappoint. As soon as we got out of the car, a handsome bellboy came over to help with our luggage; I don't know his name, but his looks were definitely on point. We stayed for two nights and experienced different room types, especially the Deluxe Suite, which we absolutely loved. The Sofitel Kunming offers expansive views from its high floors, and the city nightscape is stunning. The floor-to-ceiling windows make every photo feel like a masterpiece. A special thank you to Amy, the Front Desk Manager, who not only has incredibly high颜值 (beauty) but also provides warm and thoughtful service. Check-in was smooth, and we felt comfortable throughout. The executive lounge was another highlight; the food quality was excellent, with a rich variety, and paired with the high-altitude views, the atmosphere was perfectly set. The staff in the executive lounge were also all attractive. The rooftop cigar bar had a great ambiance with light music, enhancing the cigar experience. The hotel's breakfast offerings were endless, a fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine. Sofitel Kunming is impeccable in terms of food, service, and views; overall, it offers excellent value for money. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a short getaway, this is a top accommodation choice in Kunming. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit the Spring City!

The front desk service was excellent. Our room was spotlessly clean, and they even provided toiletries and slippers for our child. They also helped us with laundry, washing and drying our clothes and placing them back in our room – very thoughtful! Passing by the front desk today, we noticed they had prepared a lantern riddle game for the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

My overall stay exceeded expectations. The hotel boasts an elegant and clean environment, and the lobby has a great vibe. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and the staff were gentle and patient. My room had excellent natural light and was spotlessly clean inside. The bedding was incredibly soft, and I had a very peaceful night's sleep. The hot water was consistent, and the bathroom amenities were complete. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, making it easy to dine and shop. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next visit.

My stay at Jinbi Clubhouse exceeded expectations. The front desk upgraded my room for free, and it was spotlessly clean. I particularly loved their bedding; it was very comfortable. All the staff were incredibly friendly. Whether it was checking in at the front desk, having breakfast in the morning, or encountering housekeeping staff, everyone would stop and greet me politely. It felt like a very professionally managed hotel! I also have to commend the location – right in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

We were on a family trip and originally planned to stay at the Grand Hyatt Kunming, but we couldn't get a room because we hadn't booked in advance. So we ended up staying at this hotel instead, and the overall experience was comfortable and recommendable. Our room was on a higher floor with an expansive view, though there's still some development happening around the hotel. The room itself was small but clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The shower had great water pressure, which was refreshing. The window allowed for good natural light, and it was quiet at night, so we slept soundly. Downstairs, there are many snack options, and Wanda Plaza is right next door, making it convenient for finding food. The hotel breakfast offered a rich selection. The hotel is about a 15-minute taxi ride from Kunming Station. The overall price was affordable, making it a good choice for family trips, business travel, and more. Yuma and Ray at the front desk were very enthusiastic and meticulous in their service, and other staff members were also friendly and greeted guests warmly, which was much appreciated.

It is highly recommended that people who travel to Kunming live here (although the location is not so good, but the taxi is convenient and not expensive), the environment is particularly good, I have not lived in such a clean hotel for a long time, the service is also very good, the front desk is polite and responsible. , Then there are many takeaways nearby, and there are special milk teas hahahahaha

This time I stayed here after being at the convention center branch, and the difference is truly stark. While the Wanda Xishan store has good hardware, the soft services and management approach are frankly incomprehensible. There was construction going on downstairs, and they started working before 8 AM, making so much noise that it was impossible to rest. The front desk kept emphasizing that they had given us a free room upgrade during check-in. But what's the point of such an 'upgrade' if the upgraded room is still incredibly noisy? If there were quiet rooms facing other directions, even if it meant paying a difference, the front desk should have proactively explained and offered options, instead of using a supposed 'upgrade' to gloss over the core accommodation experience. The concierge service was also completely unnoticeable, a far cry from the convention center branch where the concierge recognized my room at a glance and proactively resolved issues with attention to detail. The soft services at the Wanda store are truly disappointing; the experience was extremely poor.

Great hotel, super clean and modern rooms that were very well equipped with anything you could need. They have outside gardens on each floor and beautiful courtyards to hmrest when you want a break from being out all day. The breakfast is delicious, a good selection of local and western items. Location was very cool next to the night market so plenty of fun places to have meals and despite the market being there all day, the rooms were extremely quiet. Also very easy and quick (under 20 mins) to get a didi to Kunming station.
