The location is very good, not busy and noisy like Chaweng area at all. 7-11 is just 200m from the hotel. Staff were nice and helpful. I got an upgraded room from normal to ocean view type for my parents. The bathtub in my room didn’t work but the rest were really satisfied.

Good hotel, a beautiful swimming pool, and a clean room, but the room was not the same as described. Just prepare for it. Beach is not much suitable for swimming, water is not clear with mud and reefs. Right side of the Lamai Beach much better.

I really liked my two nights here. The service was impeccably friendly and helpful, and the cost per night was veey reasonable. The location was excellent, being right on the beach and only a short walk from the nightlife in Lamai. It was also far enough away that there was virtually no noise pollution. Overall, I would stay here again!

Fabulous hotel with the friendliest staff. We had a cottage right on the beach, small but fine for two people. Breakfast was excellent .

The standard garden view room that is shown in the pictures is not the room you get. You get a hut with a double bed in it which is not very comfortable. No way could a bath fit in it. The roof leaked on our hut, luckily not above the bed so wasn't a big problem, just put a towel on it. There is no where to sit other than a small wooden bench on porch, but not big enough for two people. Small very dated and bodged shower room. Needs renovating. . The small area of the pool had no tiles on it and if you touched it black slime came off. This has now been hidden with a sheet of plywood. The staff are lovely, very polite and smiling and always helpfull. There was a wedding then a bbq on the beach and the staff did a great job. Having said all this we did go back and stay because of the location. Only a few minutes into busy part of lamai and great beach.

From the moment we arrived at the resort, we received the best service and assistance. The room was very big and spacious with big windows for lots of natural sunlight. The resort is right on the beautiful Lamai beach with sun loungers to chill and enjoy a drink. The area is very peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The resort has a massive swimming pool and a beautiful dining area outside. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this resort!

Great view and great staff

The resort is right on the beach! Moreover, Qizai is only a few minutes walk away. Upgrade to the cottages, where there are narrow paths between the bungalows lined with plants and shrubs. The bungalow itself is very spacious. There's tons of space in both the bedroom and bathroom, and the view from the breakfast room is amazing! Staff is a good person

The room was a bungalow close to the beach, with many windows and a bright room. However, the bathroom smelled like sewage and the drainage was poor. I asked the staff about it, and they came to clean it and lit some aroma, but when the candles ran out and the aroma went out, the smell came back and it was unpleasant. The toilet, bathroom, and sink were all in one place, so I had to put up with the smell even when using the sink.

The staff is excellent, I remember the girl at the reception - very attentive. The hotel itself is located in a nook, the seashore is not very good - garbage is brought in and the water itself is muddy. We had the last house near the river (A27) and the day before we left we saw a large monitor lizard walking around the territory.

Very good accommodation, inexpensive price, clean rooms, good atmosphere, quiet, most suitable for relaxation.
