Royal Suites Condotel

Because the plane was at 9 o'clock in the morning, I chose to live near Kalibo Airport for the first night. The staff in the lobby and the welcoming room are on the standard of the domestic express hotel. After all, the price is not enough but the breakfast can be enough. Free pick-up and drop-off hotel's own car. This is not bad. Staying in the town for one night and forgetting to return to Boracay is a good choice.

Located right in front of Kalibo Airport and right next to the airport lounge. The bathroom door is not closed properly, and the slope is not right, or the water is not good. The hallway lights come in at night with a lot of door cracks and are not soundproof, so I can hear the sound outside.

The hostel was clean and nice. The refrigerator and air conditioner were not working in advance, so it was hot at first, but the performance was good, so it was cool soon. I checked in late at night and left early in the morning, but the staff kindly welcomed me and sent me off. The elevator was under repair, so I couldn't use it, but it wasn't hard to carry all my luggage. I have the intention to use it again next time.

This hotel which is located at the back of a Seafood and Grill restaurant along Jaime Cardinal Sin Avenue has plenty of rooms to choose from. They are clean and spacious. The best part is just walk to the front of the hotel and enjoy the menu of the grill seafood restaurant. The downside part is that there is no elevator to climb the higher floors which explains why the rooms at the higher floors are cheaper than the others. Perfect for the whole family.

Worse hotel I have EVER stayed in - shower not connected with bare wires hanging down the wall and room smelt badly of mould - 2nd room curtains and fixings fell off the wall when closed, power kept tripping when shower turned on - sink tap swivelled 360 degrees No facilities provided as stated (ie - coffee) - 2 young staff - male helpful but female clearly hates job with big attitude - this is a VERY basic squat and not even worth the cheap option
