I will say we have stayed at this property before a flight in Indianapolis IN … we were greeted at the desk and then given Room 319 to stay for the night …. I have to say that it was clean enough and had lots of towels and the water in the shower was hot ! But, the bad thing was I don’t think we slept very much at all because when the heater kicked on, it sounded like a freight train coming through the room … it was horribly loud and unless you sleep with earplugs ( which we don’t, there was no way not to hear it. We were disappointed this time and may look elsewhere next trip

Check-in took an unacceptable 20 minutes from 1:38am to 1:58 am without anyone ahead of me in line ostensibly because this was an Orbitz booking and somehow needed converting without taxes being paid. I explained that I had paid already. But that didn't seem to be the issue. Shaun was pleasant while she took forever, but take forever she did. I left the next morning by 8:00 am so every minute she took counted as another minute I wasn't sleeping. I won't be back.

No real complaints. Parking lot was being paved and there were not enough parking spots left open to accommodate us. Had to park in handicapped spot.

Check in was a little bumpy, but they just transitioned to a new computer system
Pool was nice, but hot tub not very hot.
In the morning a member of the housekeeping staff tried to come into room prior to check out while i was changing. Luckily there was something blocking the door.
Breakfast was ok, but coffee was great.

Staff was excellent. Every person was polite and accommodating.
The room was very dusty and the toilet seat was so old and stained. It smelled very musty in the bathroom. The shower curtain was torn. It was a roomy room. We liked the set up. The pool and breakfast were very nice.

I was very impressed with the room and the entire property! There were any signs of 'updating' where they have portions entirely destroyed or in need of repair. The Breakfast Bar was plentiful and well-cooked. I was also impressed with the staff (my brother had to come in late and they sent a shuttle to get him at the airport -- no questions asked) and appreciated their professionalism.
