The accommodation was clean and nice. It was hot at first because the refrigerator and air conditioner weren't working beforehand, but they worked well so it quickly cooled down. I checked in late at night and left early in the morning, but the staff greeted me kindly and sent me off. I couldn't use the elevator because it was under repair, but it wasn't difficult as they carried all my luggage. I plan to use it again next time.

The Grace & RB Hotel is quite new and still working out some bugs, but it is quite good and has good potential. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The location, near the mall, is excellent. The room was clean and brightly lighted. TV with good channel selections. Room also had a mini fridge. Bed was comfortable and the linens and towels very clean. There is a nice pastry/coffee shop in the same building. The price is modest and reasonable. The only downside I experienced was that I had to request room cleaning each day (if no request, they didn't enter the room at all).
