You sent a cancellation order from the platform at 23:59:53 that night (supplement: the order for two rooms was cancelled) and collected The reason for the consumption is: (the travel plan has changed) and you also added a false note (the guest said that he had reached an agreement to cancel the communication with the hotel); after checking at the front desk, it was found that you had stayed in for more than 11 hours and had not communicated with us.
