The hotel is a nice location. It's a clean and very comfortable atmosphere. The lobby and sitting area is amazing .

The hotel is clean and nice, but the room is narrow and not worth the price considering its size

I booked a room for 1 night (17 - 18 Feb) and my scheduled arrival time at the hotel was 6 am in the morning of 18 Feb as I took a 3 am flight from Riyadh to Jeddah. I was aware that the normal check-in time should be 2 pm-9:30 pm so I made a special request to have a late check-in in the morning when I did the online booking and stated that I would stay in the hotel for only 6 hrs (till 12pm). I also sent an email to the hotel to restate the request. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my room was canceled and when I requested to book another room immediately, the reception refused to do so.

This hotel was okay, like any other Ibis really. Very closeby to restaurants and malls (by cab about 6 minutes). Really catering to guests and offer tea & dates at reception, lovely staff.

From the beginning of chick in was to late until I received the room and request a delivery food and they reject to let the driver in or they do their job to bring my food to the room , after 1 hour call they said you should came to the loopy to receive your food !!!

The girl in reception attitude is not good. She ask me to wait 15 mins for no smoking room , but 20 mins passed while I ask by myself , she kept me waiting and waiting, at last give me the still smoking room ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

The door access already block even only 11 am. The checked out time is 12 noon. I was rushing to check out to airport and the room already blocked I need to go down to reception again to open the door. Very inconvenience
