My experience was just so-so. While the staff was friendly and the location had potential, there were a few significant downsides. One of the main issues was the noise from the construction next door. It was quite disruptive, making it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. I understand that renovations are sometimes necessary, but it would have been nice to be informed about this in advance. Additionally, I was disappointed that my room was never cleaned during my stay. I expected at least basic housekeeping services, but that didn’t happen, which made my experience less enjoyable. The room itself was adequate, but nothing special. Overall, I expected more for the price. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, you might want to consider other options until the construction is complete.

The location is not far from the King's Fountain, which is a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast is good and the gym is great, which is very good for similar hotels. The wifi signal in some rooms is not very good.

The room is decent, the breakfast is OK, overall it is good, cost-effective, the front desk is very friendly, the restaurant staff is very enthusiastic, not far from the seaside avenue

I booked 3 nights. The first night was crazy. The DJ in the hotel lobby played until 2am. I had to remind them n times before it stopped. There was also a party in the room next to me. I didn't sleep all night. The hotel refused to refund me for the other 2 nights. Fortunately, Ctrip refunded me the money for the last 2 nights. I will never stay at this local hotel again.

The room is very clean, the facilities are a little old, but it does not affect the use. Overall, it is very cost-effective. There are many restaurants nearby, and there are also supermarkets for shopping, which is very convenient.
