The hotel need renovation. Facilities are not up to date, tho it’s clean and location is good, but reli need better amenities in room such as coffee machine or kettle or glasses that allows you to drink water. The only cup we got is the one used to brush which is quite not worthy for this price.

It was fantastic

Is a 10 minutes drive from the train station. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of the shopping belt. It is also a five minutes walk to the COOP supermarket where the mineral water and all essential groceries can be found. The staff there are helpful and with the city pass (FREE) you can take bus ride around the whole city to explore freely. End

Higher floor terrace view and location is good-! but old facility… If you stay Interlaken, it can be good option

The room is a snow view room with a small balcony and beautiful scenery! It is close to Interlaken West Station, which can be reached in seven or eight minutes on foot. The front desk will give you a free bus card, which can be used unlimited times during your stay. The breakfast variety has not changed a bit in the past few days, and the quality and service are OK.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, with beautiful scenery. The front desk staff is friendly! They also provide guides for nearby tours! In winter, you can see the surrounding snow scenery in the room! Recommended!

The location is very good. It was easy to find because it was the tallest building. The front desk was open 24 hours, so it was convenient for late night check-in and early morning check-out. I enjoyed the view of paragliding landing from the mountain view room. It was convenient to move between Interlaken West and East stations, and the breakfast was great. It was a very satisfying trip. There were slippers in the room. The chocolates placed all over the room were so cute~

A little old, but generally very convenient. I didn't book a balcony room, so I could only see a little bit of the snow-capped mountains. The service attitude was very good, and I was given two bottles of water when I left. Parking is 10 Swiss francs a day, and it's very convenient to go anywhere
