Exceptional front desk staff ,they go above and beyond. Gorgeous location with greatest talent working in hotels.I had best stay at the Pasea!Hotel is Gorgeous but  Clay is the person that made it right for me personally,really appreciate the whole ”dont stop until customer is cared for right”.Thankyou!!!

Rondi was hands down the most lovely host I've ever had in a hotel setting. The staff is friendly, and the team was especially committed to making our stay so memorable. We are already looking forward to returning to Pasea with our family. Very clean!!

The hotel did not feel like a resort at all. I would not go back. The ceiling had a ***** of paint that was peeling off, and it was noisy (I could hear the traffic outside with the sliding doors/windows closed and the music from the restaurant/bar from across the whole night long and could not sleep well. They had boxed water in the rooms, but the taste was horrible. The telephone was not working. The staff were not nice. I will not go back to this hotel.
