The location is very good. It is an old brand, but it is old. The banquet and restaurant are good. There is a place to drink tea downstairs. The phone in the room is broken and it rings from time to time. I unplugged the phone line. The table is very suitable for business office or travel makeup. There are many mirrors, which is good and convenient for parking. If you go out after 12 o'clock, remember to drop the room card at the front desk, otherwise you can't open the door. This time I used Ctrip points to delay check-out until 16 o'clock, which is great👍

The hotel is located in Xiapu, right on the main road. The air is good and parking is convenient. Check-in was quick, the room was large and comfortable overall, with a high cost-effectiveness ratio and a good environment. The room was clean and provided with free tea bags and mineral water. There is also a restaurant on the second floor where you can have breakfast and dinner, which is a blessing for lazy people and very convenient. Came to Huizhou to see the lanterns on the second day of the Chinese New Year. Stayed for one night. The experience was very bad. I will not stay here again. The toilet was blocked from the beginning. I called someone to come and deal with it. Unfortunately, no one dealt with it until I left the hotel the next day. I could only go to the public toilet in the lobby to use the toilet. The glass of the bathroom door was also cracked. Various facilities were old and the doorbell was broken. There was no landline in the room. I couldn't contact the lobby and could only contact through Ctrip. The bedding was also poor, and the pillows were very hard. It looked very cheap. There were only two staff members in such a large hotel lobby. They were too busy to care about you. They forgot to give you the meal ticket when checking in. The hotel buffet breakfast was quite rich. The hotel evening tea tasted average and was expensive.

Satisfied! The room price is reasonable, the service is good, the room is large, and the supporting facilities are complete. Since the hotel's supporting facilities are suitable, I decided to stay one more day. Ctrip could no longer book the room (it was fully booked), so I asked the front desk to extend my stay for one more night. Great! The service staff at the front and back are of high quality and nice. The room is big, which is good. But the decoration is old. I came here on New Year's Eve, and the waiter was still enthusiastic and helpful! Thumbs up! Although it was New Year's Eve, there were still people helping to provide things and help adjust the air conditioner. The air conditioner was too old and the warm air temperature control seemed broken. The waiter helped to adjust it at night, but it still didn't work.

Continue to stay in the original room, an old four-star hotel, the facilities are gradually updated, the hygiene is very good, the environment is good, it is convenient for eating, staying and playing, and the service is warm and thoughtful.

When we checked in and opened the door, we saw that the room window was small and not ventilated. We asked to change the room. The waiter with employee number 203 enthusiastically helped us change to a ventilated room. The hotel environment is good and the price is reasonable. I will go again.

I almost always stay at Jinhuayue when I come to Huicheng District!! It's convenient and reassuring. Compared with many other hotels, I think theirs is better. It's also very convenient to take a taxi. I've stayed in many room types and they are all quite spacious. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby.
