Quite a nice and quiet place to spend the night; the hotel was a little bit dated but they did try to refresh the interiors of the rooms- the toilets were refurbished and were spot on; the rooms on the other hand were a bit dated. Furniture was not comfortable and was old and stained. Overall a good place to spend a night, but definitely not more than the bare minimum. Also had to ask for a hairdryer and there were no slippers or microwave in the room.

The location and grounds were absolutely beautiful. I loved the balcony and the ambience. The lobby was nice and I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee bar. However the rooms are dated, the pillows have sweat stains. There were brown stains on the carpet and dust on parts of the furniture. There were reddish stains in my sheets. The lamp shade was cracked and discolored. Free breakfast tasted kind of old. I’d go again for the ambience and the area. They are pet friendly so I’ll make sure to bring my dog next time:)

I found a hair in the bathtub and food under the bed.The bed was lumpy.

The rooms carpet was stain with pet urine, and many unknown stains. They did not vacuum and the floor was filthy. The chairs were full of disgusting spots. The trash cans still had trash in them

Loved this quiet little place. Only recommendation would be is better WiFi.

A great location, room, breakfast, and staff were excellent. Did not like the fact that a safe was not provided in the room. Will definitely visit this property again soon.

This hotel is wonderful!! We stay there a few times a year when we visit Prescott. We love staying there. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel staff goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The staff is exceptional…everyone is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is hot and delicious with eggs, bacon, sausage and cereals and fruit. Coffee and tea, along with warm cookies are ready in the lobby in the evening. We love to have coffee in the lobby/couches at night next to the gas fireplace. Very cozy. It’s like coming home when we stay at this hotel.

always love staying here when we come to Prescott. It is close to the trails we like to hike, and close to places to eat and shop.

We loved this property. Lots of vegetation and warmth. Super cute lobby area , fireplace, breakfast. Very homey feel. Highly recommend!

Needed to book this hotel last minute and went for a bargain, but it was so nice. So much nicer than the more expensive residence inn next door that didn't even bother to mention they were under construction and half closed while charging 50 percent more. The staff were all so helpful at this beautiful hotel, the lobby was unexpectedly grandiose and fun with a piano and games and a delicious breakfast. They made cookies in the evening and were ready to help round the clock. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Prescott.

My husband and I had to go to Prescott suddenly and we decided to go a day early and spend the night. I'm extremely happy with the hotel that I found and was not disappointed. Not only was checkin in very easy, but the property itself was very beautiful and rustic looking. It had that old time charm and was very calming. The bed was a little bit on the firmer side, but the pillows we EXTRAORDINARY! The rooms were gorgeous and I loved the small balcony attached. It did snow but it was still nice to step outside if we wished. I would definitely spend a night here again. The staff was amazing and loved that breakfast was included.

I was misled by positive reviews and booked here. The property is old and dirty. Entire property reeks of cigarette smoke. Hallways dingy, stairwells dirty with stained walls and floors. Staff was annoyed that they had to assist us. The room had stained carpet and decor from the 1980s. We left and went to another hotel without touching a thing, but they refuse to refund.
