Not a lot to do around this old hotel especially when you want to visit Miyajima. The price is also very high for the quality you get.

Very old, toilet toilet too small.

This is the second time I have visited the hotel. This hotel has its own pier and boat. Dinner is Kaiseki cuisine. It is recommended that you take a night tour and take a boat to see the torii gates on the sea at night. Compared with the daytime, it feels different from the sea at night. , the boatman was very enthusiastic about the history and it is worth a visit.

I was staying with my baby, but the staff were very considerate and we were able to relax.

Unparalleled beauty, you can see the sunrise on Miyajima from the hotel room, and you can also see the Miyajima Torii⛩️. When you see the Chinese passport in the hotel, a Chinese waiter will come to communicate with you immediately, and the attitude is super nice. The service is super good and the hotel's hot springs are quite comfortable. You can take a bath in the hot springs in the morning and evening. Service: Excellent. Breakfast also includes the famous Miyajima oysters

When I checked in, the front desk explained that they were opening a temporary bath today because it was crowded. It was very crowded and it was obvious that there were not enough staff. I don't think the staff can provide good service due to stress. Something the hotel management should think about. I used this service because it had good reviews, but I won't be returning. ・After getting off the shuttle bus, I was struggling with my suitcase, stroller, and other luggage, but the doorman did not help me. ・I stayed with an infant, but only enough bath towels were provided for 2 adults. ・The time when Japanese-style futons will be prepared is from 19:00 to 21:00. ・In the temporary bath, the feet of the changing room are wet and uncomfortable. ・The breakfast buffet is said to be crowded from 7:30 to 8:30, so if you go there at 8:30, the salad will not be replenished until the honey for the yogurt is empty. ・Dinner is served at least 10 minutes after the bowl of rice and pickled vegetables has been eaten. (They seem to be doing their best as they serve the food without even saying sorry for being late. It's obvious that things aren't going well.) I had a bad impression from the moment I arrived, and the bad things became more and more noticeable. However, the staff on the houseboat returning from Miyajima and the female staff who came to take us there were wonderful in their attitude of caring for all the customers.

The most attractive ones are the outdoor hot springs and the night cruise ship island torii

We stayed as a family of 4, but we were all able to have dinner at the same table, and the rooms were next to each other, which was very helpful. Children's lunch was also popular. Thank you very much.

good. As other reviews said, the facility seemed a little old, but it was a stable and safe facility, so there was nothing wrong with it. The view is nice, but if you are in an ocean view room on the 3rd floor, you can see about 10 meters of the 2nd floor ceiling in front of you, which is a bit disappointing. When I told the front desk when checking in, ``This is ○○ (my name), who made a reservation on Trip.com,'' the expression on the face of what seemed to be a veteran female staff member turned a little grim. If I were at another hotel, I would say, ``Yes, Mr. Please enter your name." I was asked. It felt as if someone had told me, "We don't care if you give us your name. Please write your name on this form. That's how we operate our hotel." (You could say that my sensibilities were being victimized, but it was true that the staff's expressions became grim.) That was a little disappointing. The night cruise was good.

Highly recommend, the room is very comfortable.

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The staff is super friendly and willing to help, the rooms (Japanese style) are amazing and really large. You have a view of the ocean and the Tori in Miyajima. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the private onsen was a great experience after our hike to Mount Misen. There is a very convenient shuttle to the Ferry Station. I can't recommend this hotel enough, we really liked it!

The hotel was nice, however it was a little disappointing that I feel like the photos didn’t exactly tell the entire story of the building. And the actual website of the hotel was much more detailed in realistic than the ********** breakdown. It would have been nice to know in advance that the pool wasn’t actually open, none of the restaurants inside the hotel were open, and the onsen wasn’t tattoo friendly. Because the ********** details we booked the hotel based on the amenities we saw and the information provided. Which didn’t actually end up being true to when we got there. But the staff was great, the hotel is a beautiful Japanese style with modern comforts, and it’s in a great location to train station and local/city sites. Would recommend anyone to stay here however to check the hotels own website for further details not just the ********** listings.

Pool was promised and we were told on arrival that it wasn’t available at 30+ degrees Not good enough

Staffing were very kind and provided great service. The transportation alwasy were on time and helpful. For sure we will be coming back. Suarez Family
