Great location, convenient transportation, close to shopping areas.

Very good hotel in Ba Dinh, every room equipped with washing machine, breakfast is nice as well.

Customer service was excellent and room service daily.

While we are staying there is no internet no wifi working I already told about no internet but she reply me wait for two hours more after two hours still not working at all.

This was our 3rd time staying at Hana Stay hotel. Both times the rooms exceeded our expectations. The king room was our favorite. The washer dryer was extremely helpful and the breakfast was exceptional. The lady working the breakfast is passionate about providing a clean dining area and a tremendous breakfast..the best breakfasts that we had at any hotel in Vietnam on our 20 day travels to this beautiful amazing country. Thank you!

It's like a serviced apartment or condominium. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette and dining table, making it suitable for long-term stays. Lotte Mart and Win Mart are within walking distance, so you can find all your groceries. The breakfast buffet is minimal, but the main dishes seem to change daily, so it's not a problem.

Located in the Japanese district, the hotel boasts a great location and many restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean, and the toilets, which are usually only found in upscale hotels familiar to Japanese guests, even have bidet functions. The bedroom and living area are separate, and the hotel is equipped with laundry facilities and cooking utensils, making it suitable for long-term stays. However, the air conditioning is a bit weak, which is a slight drawback.

The location was great, and although my stay was short, I had a pleasant time. However, it's quite high when you get out of the bath, so it would be nice if there were handrails or something. I almost slipped and fell.

I use it all the time and it's comfortable and sufficient. The location is great for the price.

Located along Phan Ke Binh Road, it was convenient to get anywhere. The serviced apartment was spacious enough for one person, and the room had a kitchen, a large refrigerator, a bathtub, and other great amenities. However, I couldn't watch YouTube on my 📺 (maybe it was just because I couldn't operate it), which made for a rather boring experience. When I went to the front desk to leave my luggage in the morning, I was told that I was in a separate building, so I had to move there. Unfortunately, my luggage 🧳, which I'd left before check-in, wasn't in my room. The power 🔌 in my room didn't work, so I had to go back and forth to the front desk several times, which ruined my good mood after a refreshing trip to the barber 💈.

It's quiet and the facilities are good

The same city, the same residence, the hotel still provides convenience, but the mood is indeed very different When did Hanoi become so ruthless and indifferent. A sad, hopeless city.

It's great that there's a washing machine in the room! There are also plenty of electrical outlets 👍 You can come empty-handed without any problems!
