Hangzhou West Lake Wulin Pagoda Junting Design Hotel Reviews

Check in was a breeze and the reception staff are helpful and speak some English. I was able to extend my stay from two to three nights no problem. The room was bright, clean and spacious with a nice hot shower and robes, slippers ad toiletries all provided. The hotel is easy to find and is in a great location. Very close to Wulin Square Metro and a gentle 30 minute walk to the West Lake. I didn't take the breakfast option but there's a cafe with espresso machine that serves OK coffee. Theonly thing I missed was a safety deposit box in the room but apart from that, the Pagoda was great and I'd happily stay there again.

Visited HZ for a few days and stayed in this hotel. Amenities were sufficient for our trip and they upgraded our room for free as well! Overall is a good place to stay when coming to HZ.

Overall location is good, service is good and prompt. But slight smoking smell when entering the room, might be the central aircon that the smell got in.

Stayed two nights, spacious room, four bottles of water provided, shower room could have leg stand bar for elderly. Highly recommended hotel

We’ve got a good trip in Hangzhou. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. We asked them for some advice on tourist spot, restaurants, massages, etc, and they were trying to help us booked. Specially thanks to LiZi. Location is quite good.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Quite close to the west lake. 2 double beds are ideal for a family of 4.

The front desk receptionist 小祝 is very helpful and responsive. Appreciate for their fast response. We stayed for 2 nights, and the first night, we noticed that there are a stain on the pillow. Next day morning, we informed the receptionist for helping us to let the cleaner to change the pillow case and bed sheets as well. Sadly, when we went back the hotel, the bed sheets are tidy up but just the stain were still there. Meaning that they didn't helped us change the pillow case and bed sheets. We also noticed there were some smoking smells in the toilet as well. Others were fine. Thanks 小祝.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The room is spacious and the hotel location is convenient with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Kiki is friendly and helpful. She assisted with my requests promptly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
