Hotel is centrally located, with lovely room and different rooftops for balloon viewing. Super friendly staffs, they are all very helpful and are like friends. Breakfast is also very good, with lots of choices.

I find this hotel as our only option because of late booking, which also turned out the best option we could have. the room had a jacuzzi, a good cave feeling and beautiful interior design. the hotel itself is also placed in a very good location, which gives you the access to almost everything you need in less than few minutes by walk. also the hotel staff are very nice, after taking the balloon tour and talking with other people from different hotels, I figured out that the price they charged us for ballon tours and pickup service was the cheapest. i'm so happy for selecting them.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at Zara Cave Hotel! The staff seamlessly arranged everything, from our hotel stay to tour arrangements. They were friendly and nice, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a great view from the restaurant. The cave room was clean, comfy, and added a special touch to our experience. It's a place where we created the best memories and experienced true hospitality. Highly recommended!

I had to arrive at the hotel at 4am in the morning, I didn’t notify the hotel beforehand but the receptionist was nice enough to offer me to stay at the kitchenette area and drink coffee until check-in time. In the morning around 6am, I was able to see the balloons from the window of the kitchen. The experience surreal! The staffs were super friendly and helpful. They helped me to arrange a ballon flights and shuttle bus to the airport. I loved to hang around at the common areas. The room was very spacious. Overall, the best experience I have ever had.

We stayed in other hotels in Goreme for two nights and moved here for the third night. This hotel is very good value for money compared to the hotels we stayed in before. The check-in experience was very good, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful in providing relevant information. The room was large, clean and tidy, and the main part of the room was a real cave. The decoration was elegant and full of Turkish style. The breakfast was rich in variety. The observation deck of the hotel had a good view of the town at night. Unfortunately, we were unlucky and the hot air balloon was grounded due to weather. Although the hotel does not have its own parking lot, the hotel is located very close to the center of the town, where there are many free parking spaces. We parked there and found the hotel in a few minutes walk.

You can see hot air balloons all over the sky from the terrace in the early morning. On the way back, we had to go to the airport early in the morning. The hotel also specially asked the restaurant to prepare breakfast in advance, which is very considerate.

It was a pleasant and comfortable winter trip. The hotel is located in the center of Goreme. The long-haired man at the front desk took the guests to visit the hotel and answered all the questions patiently and in detail. The hotel is built on rocks, and the cave rooms are warm. The breakfast restaurant is particularly worth mentioning for its rich food and wide views. When you get up in the morning, you can see hot air balloons all over the sky. The female chef smiles and is thoughtful. The two waiters, one male and one female, are handsome and beautiful, like a spring breeze.

Very good hotel! The staff are very friendly. They will introduce some local tours, but they will not force you to buy! The breakfast is very good! You can watch hot air balloons on the roof top in the morning! The room is also large and clean! I booked a Jeep Safari with the hotel, a private tour. It's really good! It's expensive but worth it!

It was my first time in Cappadocia, and I was mainly looking for a cave hotel. There were no issues with the water pressure in the shower or the airflow from the hair dryer, so I had a comfortable stay. The minibar was stocked with drinks and water, and they also provided a variety of breakfast options, including omelettes and scrambled eggs. The hotel staff were very friendly and arranged transportation and tours for us, which was very helpful. It's close to the city, so it's easy to get around. I recommend it.
