Super friendly staff and owner, offering great service Gave my little girl gifts on arrival and during meal times which made her day.. Simple and nice public onsen which felt almost private during our stay there.

The service attitude of the staff in this hotel is first-rate. They are all young and energetic. Every staff member is very attentive to guests. This hotel is great value for money. The dinner and breakfast are very delicious. I will stay in this hotel next time I go there.

The service of the hotel staff is good and they maintain the usual Japanese style. But the equipment is slightly outdated. The room given to us must have been unused for a long time. It smells bad and the ventilation is not very good. Except for the first meal, which was very delicious, the other two breakfasts and one dinner were a bit unpalatable (mainly because they were very fishy. They should have been prepared by the central kitchen and then delivered, not made on site) The final criticism is that even though we had locked the door, we were able to go into our room to make the bed during dinner. This made people feel very unsafe. In addition, the sound insulation was not very good.

We booked dinner and breakfast, which was very Japanese, but we were not used to it. The service was very good, there was Chinese service, there was a shuttle bus, the room was very good, I could see Mount Fuji, and the hot springs were very nice

The transportation is convenient, the nearby attractions are very close, and the hotel has a car to pick you up! The kaiseki meal for dinner is also good! ! Choose a time to soak in the hot spring when there are fewer people, so you can enjoy the hot spring while admiring the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji🗻! Overall, worth it!

While parking, the staff came out to receive and push our luggage, and took the initiative to help us clean and blow dry our dirty shoes after walking on Mount Fuji. The room and bathhouse can see Mount Fuji. Ladies have gifts to receive. There are refreshments served when you enter the room. The tea bags are very good. Dinner breakfast was beautiful and delicious, with plum wine. Every employee had a good smile. Check out Everyone has a small gift. Will stay again next time

The hotel breakfast and dinner were rich and delicious, the restaurant overlooked Mount Fuji, but it was raining on the day of our stay so we couldn't see it! After parking, there were hotel staff to help carry luggage, and children were given small gifts, which was very courteous.

The hotel was very impressive. The room is laconic with a beautiful view of the lake. The service is very homely.
