Check in is smooth. Extra waiting time to get the lift to the room. Room is spacious. Pool is fine for kids. Near to Kg Baru, easy access to many great eateries.

Very nice place... Near attractive place such as "kampung baru",klcc and "TRX TOWER"... Easy to find great food... Friendly staff... Good hospitality... Nice view...

A good choice if you are looking for a place with a good location (nearby Kg Baru eatery) and delicious local breakfast spread. However cleanliness is below average - not sure if it was just my room but it was dusty 😔 the toilet has an unpleasant smell too.

Always our first choice of stay in Kuala Lumpur. In the heart of the city with spectacular views. Lots of great food around. Walking distance to the mosque. Highly recommended hotel.

Would not recommend this hotel. First of all the room did not match the photos on the website. The room was very old, smelly and need some renovation. Also the housekeeping guy entered my room without knocking. I was changing clothes at that moment. There was no option for no housekeeping or do not disturb. We asked the reception about a tour to Cameron Highlands, but he did not know what that it. The lobby guy who helped us with the luggage was nice. We did not like our stay unfortunately.

Great location. Walking distance to Kg Bharu and a short 2-3km walk to Jalan TAR. Check in super smooth, room is clean, aircond is good, water pressure is good, view from room 2430 is great overlooking all 3 main towers (KLCC, KL Tower and TRX). Breakfast spread is average, but good view facing KLCC. Went there for anniversary trip and did request via Trip booking for a complimentary deco, but to no avail. Don't know whether the request went thru to the hotel or not or the hotel didn't provide that service. Didn't get any notification from hotel staff as well. Overall, a pleasant stay and will stay again next time around.

The location is frankly superb especially for foodie. Overall stay is amazing but there is an issue with hotel’s sewage system. The odour was quite strong during the stay but luckily disappeared at night. Not to forget, the night view of KL is fantastic 💜 from my room. Love it!

Service was excellent especially by En Luthfi Front Desk and staff in Restaurant. Slight Musty smell of the Apartment. Leaking faucet. Otherwise all was good andclean.Will come back again

Their professionalism and dedication truly enhanced my stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions such as Petronas Twin Towers and Bukit Bintang shopping district. Overall, my experience at Temu Hotel was delightful and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, whether for business or leisure. Get the great deal time ni.. book sbb ada workshop. Mmg location dia betul tgh2 bandar, mmg best lah tp faham2 lah bila dah tgh2 bandar ni.. not really friendly parking lah especially bila ada seminar kat hotel.. bila dah ramai, problem parking dgn lif dia.. hehe.. breakfast dia biasa je.. yg betul sedap dia punya croissant & danish pastry.. ada gak mesin kopi, tp coffee bean dia quite acidic so masam sikit.. room service aku try dia punya nasi goreng kpg.. itu sedap & portion besar.. ☺️
