Had a fantastic stay! The price was great, the hotel is new, and the decor is both stylish and practical. The room was comfortable, and all the toiletries and daily essentials were provided – everything was really well-managed. It would be even better if the front desk could offer air purifiers for guests to borrow. While all rooms are smoking rooms, the hotel does an excellent job of eliminating smoke odors. I only noticed a slight smell when the next-door room was smoking. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

Everything about this hotel is pretty great. The front desk staff always greeted me with a smile when I came and went, and the restaurant auntie was so enthusiastic about recommending the local specialty, wonton noodles. The bedding was super comfortable, and the windows were bright and spacious, yet soundproof, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is also very convenient for transportation; you can just grab an electric scooter and head to Fisherman's Wharf! Highly recommend!

Location is little away from city Room is clean Lobby area / public area is also premium feel Hotel has some extra benefits, like massage/ services. Service with music party/ live singing. Building also has card room/ playzone area. Only that location is a challenge rest fine

The hotel is comfortable, located in the commercial area. The only thing I didn't appreciate too much was the breakfast. The coffe machine was broken and it didn't seem they wanted to repair or replace it.

Family Room (with fresh air condensation system) - My first stay at a Lavande Hotel, located conveniently in the heart of Zhongshan. Parking is available at Lihe Plaza, and the fees are reimbursed via WeChat. The staff (especially Ms. Quan and others) were very friendly and even gave out coffee vouchers.

The front desk staff, particularly Mingzhu, provided excellent service. The hotel is in a great location and has complete facilities. I even got a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious room, and the hygiene was good. They communicated in advance to ask about my preferred room type and arranged a non-smoking floor as requested.

The room is very large and spacious, the hotel is very clean, it is a good choice for business trips, the price/performance ratio is very high, it is worth recommending. It is very convenient to eat and play nearby, I will choose this hotel next time.
