Wouldn't go here it's hood

The room was cleaned but the buildings and surroundings are in the state of disrepair. There are trashes all around the buildings and it seems that long term residents live in the facility with kids throwing things at each other in the entrance areas. Fences around the property are falling apart and part of the parking areas are full of holes with weeds growing all over the place.

The facilities are acceptable and the hotel is quite old. Overall it's okay.

My room didn’t get clean my entire stay, guest service was horrible, they need to learn how to talk to the customer, I will not refer this hotel to anyone

Pleasant, basic hotel quite a ways from the airport. Efficient shuttle service. Excellent coffee machine in the lobby but no in-room facilities. Great, “wet room” type shower suitable for disabled users but hot water temperature set extremely high.

My room was downstairs. The hallway carpet is dirty and the smell overwhelming. When I walked into my room I was relieved it was clean. However, in the bathroom, it smells like urine by the bath tub. The toilet tank needs adjusting if you don't do it right. The check in attendant was on phone when I arrived. Never acknowledged me only to get off phone and ask what I needed.

This place is the worst of the worst. Do Not stay here at all. Is not safe. Towels were dirty and unusable. The Non smoke room was smelling like someone had smoked all day and night. The floor was tired and wet from the leaking A/C. I had to put a chair by the door I felt unsafe. The front desk was unhelpful and no phone in the room at all to call front desk. No breakfast or coffee at the place. The bathroom was nasty. Never again.

Airport shuttle did not come to airport after being contacted 3 times (two times by another customer as well) and being informed that the shuttle was on its way. This situation was complicated by the fact that it is common for travellers to have difficulty connecting to cel towers in the hotel shuttle area vs and the airport area in general. Eventually I had to pay for taxi to the hotel, where the receptionist apologized for the poor service, but made no effort to correct the situation. So after booking a hotel with included shuttle for easy travel, I wasted about 3 hours and ended up $25 out of pocket.

There is nothing to like the place is so dirty scary the rooms are filthy. The beds are terrible. The sheets are dirty, i’m sorry, but it is the worst hotel I have ever stay

scam stole my money never sent airport shuttle and during the reservation there is an option to pay at the hotel so you suppose to be charged once at the hotel but they charge immediately and do not want to refund when you want to cancel.

Did not like my room at all. Found trash behind the chair in the corner , microwave filthy, the refrigerator was the worst thing , it has brown sticky , funky liquid wasted all over the fridge , the shampoo was half used.

Area, as most near the airport, a little sketchy. It’s about 10 minutes away, but they do have a free shuttle. Room wa quiet and comfortable.
