Lovely home stay and host. This is perfectly situated for the Shaolin temple. The home cooked food was a bonus.

Everything was good; location is perfect being close to the Shaolin temple and Songshan (Mt. Song), family setting was pleasant. One minor, small remark was that the bathroom wasn't completely cleaned out yet; still left over toothbrushes from previous guests.

The location is ok, it’s possible to get to Shaolin temple on foot. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay. (((

Nice place and excellent service, although the bed is a little hard. The people are very kind and ready to help.

We stayed one night at this homestay with this lovely family. They helped us get tickets to the Shaolin Zen Music Ritual and provided transport to get us there and picked us up. They also provided us with warm clothes as it got quite cold at night. The dinner and breakfast were simple but delicious and they gave us huge portions. If you are looking for a genuine homestay with a local rural family, you will like it here.

Very familial guesthouse as close as it can be from Shaolin Monastery. The owners cook good food and can drive you everywhere for a price. The wife is a guide, so she's very resourceful about what to see and do in the area. The husband's brother is a Shaolin monk so you can speak about kung-fu with him. We had a little misunderstanding at the beginning as I had booked a room with a mountain view and the one prepared had no window to the outside but I was able to change rooms. With their help I was able to hike everywher on the beautiful mountains around as I was less interested in kung-fu than the scenery.

Very nice and helpful people! Enjoyed the home made dinner and breakfast very much. Being able to be transported is super convenient as well, they drove me back to Luoyang early in the morning 🙏🏼😊

It’s a great location. Just 3 min drive to Shaolin temple gate/ ticket office. Hosts are super friendly and helpful with services and transfers. Food was ok. A little pricy for simple dinner. But very tasty. It’s cold currently and room had heating. Big plus. Would totally recommend it for a home stay.

A wonderful and cozy place! It was nice to see a happy family who cares about their guests' vacations, helping them, and offering advice on places to stay. The views nearby are beautiful; I've added photos.

Looking from the outside you might be shocked because it's a villager's house, but the inside is clean. The owner is friendly. The food is delicious and you get a lot. If anyone wants to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of a village, I recommend it. Go to Shaolin Temple and stay overnight. In the morning, go to the village's playground. The villagers are kind. I met children practicing Kung Fu. The children tried to greet and chat in a friendly manner. If you come by train, you can talk to the owner and have him take you to the train. The price is reasonable.

The environment is good, the room is big and bright, and it is a 20-minute walk from the Shaolin Temple scenic area

We had much higher expectations reading the reviews. We arrived but probably the host did not expect to find us, since there was no one at home. The accommodation under renovation was quite shabby. The family is kind and the breakfast (10 yuan) was good. Note to underline is that the entrance to the house was very dirty and smelly, the rooms were quite clean but we had problems with the heating (very cold!!). Too bad that the place is in a small, very degraded village. The kungfu school under the village was very nice. Positive note was the proximity to the Shaolin temple.

The B&B has a good landmark and is very close to the attractions. , your room is nice, the landmark is also nice, the boss and the lady boss have a very good attitude. The air is fresh. Transportation is convenient. Ask for anything!
