B&B Hotel Como Camerlata Reviews

Service and room are best. Also price is cheap. But there are not kettle , cups , spoons or another things , maybe these are optional things but i need mostly. So overall i recommend this hotel to everyone. A little bit far from Como ( 1 station about 15 min ). It locates in Como Camerlata.

We are very happy with all of them. Especially Gulay for cleaning and receipsionist women i could nit remember name Louise with long curly hair

BB is a hotel chain that exists in many cities. I have seen and stayed in hotels in Europe and the United States. However, the hotels in Europe are not very spacious and the beds are very small. The breakfast is quite rich!

The room was really small. I didn't know where it was, I just looked at the map and it was near the train station, but it was really small. I stayed there for one night and then moved out. I didn't have any extra requirements, it's just 200 yuan in China.

The only thing that in the structure they made me pay the tourist tax but I am almost certain that in the booking it said taxes included

The hotel is very good, but it was difficult for us to get there by train (if you go by car it is quite easy). We had some problem upon arrival but the employees were very kind and solved it. Also, everything was very clean.

Because I didn't catch the train, I didn't check in that night, and the hotel didn't refund the money. The service was very poor, and I didn't consider the customer's feelings. It's okay to refund half of it. In the end, they forcibly deducted the fee without communicating with us. The hotel is inconvenient to reach and there are few trains.

It is a very clean and pleasant place that can be walked for 10 minutes by train to the center and the employees were very sweet.

The hotel is very good. Good service. It offers breakfast but you have to pay €9.50.
